Description of Work: I left a message and they responded immediately. We scheduled a day for them to give me an estimate on gutter cleaning to occur when I was at work. Sure enough, they came when they said they would and contacted me with a price that same day. We then scheduled the service, again to occur while I was at work. They provided the service plus a few extras I had requested that they look at. They left a bill for me in my mailbox and a service contract, if I wish to continue with them, which I am! Very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Above All is centered in Nassau County but sent his cousin [?] who resides in Suffolk to scope out our gutter situation. The cousin called me from my home to say they could not work with the type of covers on our gutters. Covers were not mentioned in any of the small print so far as I could tell. I never heard from Above All to confirm or deny this conclusion. This did not seem professional behavior to me. I do not rate this experience an "F" because no money changed hands, nor was it expected. Another gutter service parallel to this was up front about covers (and considerably less expensive.)
