They are very fast, and cooperative. They scheduled us kind of last minute, which is great. We have gone here for about 15 years now, and would recommend.

Brought the car in for an oil change and to check the breaks. They did it in a day.
3 years since and couldn't be happiert use Great Bear for both my cars. It started when my 2004 toyota sienna's a/c was not working and it made a strange noise when the fan was on. 1 service station couldn't fix the problem. a Toyota dealership didn't know what the noise was but would replace the a/c unit. I was afraid there was something else wrong the car because of the noise. I read about Great Bear and they diagnosed the problem and fixed the a/c. I've been going there for

They were very accommodating in terms of fitting me into their schedule. Wait was a little longer than I was told (30 minutes ended up being closer to an hour), but it wasn't a huge deal. They didn't try to upcharge me on anything, which I appreciated.

Richie and Dave has serviced my (aging) 2004 Lexus for over three years. Many times, they have provided me with alternatives on whether a repair is absolutely necessary and cost options for after market and oem parts. They run an honest business and seek to thoroughly inform customers on existing and potential car issues. There are many auto repair shops closer to where I live, but I rather drive a longer distance to a known reputable repair shop than take a chance with other shops that are not reputable. I also take my wife's Camry to Great Bear for service and maintainence. Even with a simple oil change, they perform an inspection underneath and around the car to identify any potential issues such as for leaks, light bulbs that need replacement and wear and tear. Overall I feel that my cars are in good hands at Great Bear at 99 Jericho Tpke.

Excellent Job. Was able to get the car the next day and it needed work.
They only did what was needed for the inspection and for the car to drive correctly.
They gave me a list of items to work on in the future with the next oil change, at least I know how much to save for the next time.

He is my car guy. I have known him for a long time and he does good work and he stands behind his work. Richie and Dave are the guys over there. I have not shopped around for price as I have used them for years. I think I would use him next week.

They did okay. They seemed honest. The manager seemed helpful.
