He showed up on time and did a great job. clean. I was going to have him reglaze the tiles but he said a cleaning would do the trick. it did. the tiles looked brand new.

I called to reschedule appointment and they where very accommodating. Called me back immediately and said that I could reschedule anytime I needed. Dimitry is a very polite young man. He came exactly on time. He took the time to remove everything from the bathroom?covering up all exposed areas and surfaces around so that nothing would collect dust or get ruined in the resurfacing process. He even took the time to show me how to removed the drain and tub fixtures so that I could buy new updates (which I will do) and reinstall myself properly after everything cures and drys properly. Dimitry is very organized, meticulous and cleaned up completely. You wouldn?t even know he was there after he left. They use a special new GREEN resurfacing product that is extremely hard and quick drying. Very little smell or fumes in house afterwards. Dimitry even put in an excelerant to speed up the drying process (only 24 hours instead of 48 hours to dry) at no additional charge to me. I much appreciated this. We where able to use the bath tub the very next morning. The tub is so beautifully white and sparkling. This has been the BEST experience that I've ever had with any outside vendor. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work performed. The bath tub looks amazing?even better than when we bought it new over 25 years ago. Received an email regarding this restoration service applied and never heard from them in regards to when they would be available to do this particular job.

They did a nice job and were very responsive. They left the window open and dust got in the tub and left it grainy.

Very poorly, five people tried in various ways to contact provider.

They never contacted me beyond the email they sent me. It seemed like other people had this problem and Angie's List should not be allowed to run deals with companies that cannot keep up with the business.

The service turned out very well. He had a family emergency and had to reschedule which was completely understandable. Once we rescheduled, he was very punctual and did a great job. He cleaned up everything and we were pleased.

The process ultimately went well, although Dmitry had to come to my home twice. My house is old and so are my shower doors. On Dmitry's first visit, he discovered a problem with removal of the doors which prevented him from beginning the work. He explained that, in order to properly refinish the tub, the doors had to be removed. Once the problem was resolved, Dmitry returned and did a wonderful job. My tub is beautiful! I found Dmitry to be very professional and conscientious. Also, there was nothing for me to clean up after the job was completed. I am very satisfied with Dmitry's work and would readily recommend him to others. Moreover, I found Dmitry to be a very nice person.

Mitra reglazed my ancient bathtub so it looked like new. Exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job and were most professional. Highly recommended.

Purchased services provider from Angie's list coupon and waited several days for call to make appointment. After leaving several voice mail messages and waiting for two weeks, finally contacted Angie's list for assistance. Angie's list proceeded to email Mitra Tiles and left messages to no avail. The service provider even had the nerve to start marketing the same services at a higher price again using another Angie's list coupon. What nerve!!! This company deserves a big fat "F" and should not be allowed to continue to advertise its services.Use their services at your own discretion.

Bought service on Angie's list. Vendor emailed me and told me he would contact me the follow Monday. I gave him 3 possible dates for work to be completed. Dispute emails and phone calls he never contacted me. 2 weeks later I see the same offer on angies's list for more money as a special. If he can't get back to me, how is he ever going to get to anyone else who accepts offer.

Although Demtri had to cancel our first appointment for personal reasons, he was prompt and professional and did an excellent job refinishing my bathtub. He explained what he was doing, and made sure no mess was left after the job was finished.

Dmitri was friendly and pleasant, he arrived on time and explained the process to me before starting. He didn't complain about having to take his equipment up two flights of stairs. He gave special attention to the chips in the porcelain and when he was finished the 100+ year old claw foot tub looked amazing - like new. I am super happy with the work he did, I would definitely use his service again. Having an old bathtub re-glazed makes a huge difference to the overall appearance of the bathroom.

Contractor was contacted several times to schedule appointment after Big Deal had been purchased, and finally resulting in one phone call ( a week or so later) to set up a time to come over to perform duties requested. Contractor did not show up for appointment and made no phone call to delay or reschedule.

Set up for 10/24, they called on 10/23 and said they must reschedule and they would call back, never did. I called and left a message and still have not heard from them

The contractor did not return either my e-mail nor my phone call. I have lost confidence in this contractor and do not want to deal with them.

The tub was great. He was great but it was hard to get in touch with him. He didn't return calls back quickly but he was very nice and pleasant. I realized that it was my fault because I didn't ask for a warranty so I sent him an email about it. I have to send it two or three times before he finally emailed me and said it was for a year. But again it was hard to get in touch with him again. I just got an impression that he had moved and he was pretty far away. So when he was leaving I asked what if I noticed a peeling or cracking, do I call you? I just had an impression that we were too far away and he doesn't want to come back. That was just my impression. They were supposed to contact me after the purchase but I didn't get anything. Then he sent me a note to call him at this number to set an appointment but I called him two or three times before he called me back. When he called me he said he was sorry because he had a problem back home in Russia and I didn't change my voice mail. As I was reading some reviews of other people they said that they end up not using them because he didn't get back to them. I think they were not as responsive as they could be. I will recommend them for their tile work because I saw the pictures of what he has done. Like I've said he was pleasant but it's hard to get in touch with him and there was some residue in my sink. When I was asking about the warranty, I asked him what I can do with the residue and he told me to use acetone. He never offered to come back and remove it. I got an impression that he was far away and he just don't want to be bothered to come back here.

Redeemed Angie's List $299 Big Deal for refinish of bathtub. Had to add $100 for chips and paint removal and $20 for fast dry. Dimitry was very sweet and took nearly sevin hours to refinish my old back cast iron tub. The tub was previously refinished and was completely peeling. He peeled the old pain away, fixed multiple chips to his best ability, sanded, primed and sprayed mulitple coats of white paint. He had a fab to exhaust the fumes outside the bathroom window. My tub was so ugly before that I am pleased with the new results

Never was contacted, called Angie's List they were supposed to contact Mitra to contact me and never got contacted. Called for refund, Angie's List was going to look for another provider and never got contacted 3 weeks later I called and Angie's List said they could not find anyone and was supposed to call and let me know but, it slipped through the cracks so at this point I just want my money back.

Dimitri was a pleasure to work with. He is very attentive and addresses all concerns the moment it is brought to his attention. He is very friendly and and goes the extra mile to make sure the job was fine to my liking.

Dimitry is excellent to work with. He is delightful, a joy to have in our home and an expert at what he does. His style and artistic skills are amazing. Dimitry initially came to my house to discuss installing new tile flooring in our kitchen. He brought photos of other work he has completed and provided many different alternatives. I was impressed with his skill set and found it refreshing that there were no limitations in the services he could provide. He provided me with great ideas and websites that could provide additional ideas for designs. Based upon our meeting I also decided to update the tiling in our second bathroom. Dimitry scheduled the work, arrived on time and started the demolition to determine the needs in the bathroom. He went with me to Home Depot several times to ensure we picked up all the necessary replacement items (ie: wall and floor board, concrete, wood to replace rotted floor joists) and to choose tiling. He took his time, offered suggestions and worked with precision. There were several obstacles through the project such as an uneven ceiling height and uneven floor that Dimitry took special care in ensuring proper installation. He was careful with our belongings, cleaned up everyday, and kept us in the process throughout the entire installation. I was so impressed with his work I asked for him to re-finish the bathtub. Dimitry did a beautiful job and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He is truly an Artisan. We will be having him back very soon to install our kitchen floor. We are not quite ready for the installation until the demolition and movement of furnishing is complete. Thank you Dimitry!
