I had an excellent experience today with my dryer repair. The technician, Ameer could not have been more dedicated, focused and customer friendly. He clearly explained to me the issue, promptly replaced the faulty parts and went about in the most professional manner possible. He was clearly versed in his knowledge of these appliances and was extremely attentive, thorough, and considerate. The scheduling process was painless, the phone representative was caring and responsive and followed up the morning of to give notice of arrival. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service, quality of work and response time. Highly Recommended.

Great service with a smile. I was in "panic mode" when my refrigerator decided to stop functioning, only 3 days before leaving on vacation. I could not leave the house without essential appliances in working order; as I had my pet-sitter staying during that time to watch my dog. I found Dynamic Appiance Repair on Angies List and spoke to Diane, who was so accommodating, pleasant, and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to send someone right away to assess the problem. The technician that arrived, Ameer, was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional. I could see how knowledgeable he was while thoroughly inspecting the unit. He diagnosed the problem, and was kind enough to take the time to explain the malfunction in detail. I immediately felt relieved and knew that I was in the right hands. He knew I was on a timeline, but assured me (without compromising his other commitments) that he would fit me in and get it repaired in the time allotted. Ameer kept to his word… showed up the next day with parts in hand, and got to work. He explained in detail everything that he would be doing, as well as what parts needed to be installed and why. My refrigerator is now running like new. I am so grateful to Dynamic Appliance Repair as they truly are a professionally run, reliable, and extremely competent company.

He was on time and did not take long to find what was wrong. The oven needed 3 new parts and he already had 2 of them to go ahead repair on site. 3rd part he ordered and came back and finished. Oven was good to go!

The technician arrived at my home and he inspected the oven to determine the problem. He discovered that the panel needed to be changed and he ordered a new panel and installed it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. The job was well done and the technician handled himself in a professional manner. I will not hesitate to call his company again for service. I am very satisfied with his work.

Called this company and Amir came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue immediately. He had the part in his truck and completed the repair in no time. I would definitely use this company again. I am especially appreciative of Amir because the first appliance repairman that I had come out told me that it was an issue with my circuit breaker and not the dishwasher. I then had an electrician come out and was told the circuit breaker was fine. Having paid both the appliance repairman and the electrician a service call fee, I was at my wits end. Live and Learn. Amir is definitely my go to appliance repairman.

Amier was my technician. The pricing was fair and the quality was excellent. He was prompt and very professional. Everything he did he said he was going to do. He is a real gem of an appliance contractor.

I called Dynamic Appliance Repair to fix my General Electric refrigerator and Whirlpool dryer (I had previously used them to repair my oven and was very satisfied with their work and professionalism--I had called them for a same day appointment and everything went smoothly so decided to use them again). Now my refrigerator was leaking and my dryer had been making a loud noise for over a week. I spoke to a Representative when I called and explained my problem. Within minutes my appointment was booked and a technician came out the very next day, at the appointed time. He was very courteous and professional. He not only diagnosed my problem on the spot but also took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem for both appliances. He gave me the cost of the repair and told me he had the parts with him in the company truck. The price was very reasonable and I decided to fix it immediately. After the repair he showed me what he had done. Both appliances now WORKED! He was very friendly and did not rush the repair at all. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
