Description of Work: Did excellent job repairing chimney and flue and installing new fireplace doors and screen. Friendly service people and very good clean up after work.

Description of Work: I got a little nervous when I read the reviews about no shows, but I have used them before. They called 20 minutes before arrival as they said they would and arrived on time. This gentleman came out from Long Island (NJ satellite office closed) and had a another worker with him. I had planned on just having the chimmney swept, but he notice there was a problem with the lock top chimmney damper, he had to replace the chain and wall bracket. He asked me if they installed it, I said they had and he said there would be no charge (didn't ask to see the receipts I had hunted up). I know I had been having some issues with loosening/crumbling brick and he said I needed some waterproofing. I agreed to the crown repair/waterproofing, especially since I had seen this was recommended two years prior for a higher estimated price on one of the receipts I had dug out. I saw them working on the chimmney cleaning and repairing it through my kitchen skylight, for quite a while They brought their own ladder and tarps, and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

Description of Work: Cleaned my 2 chimneys and cleaned 2 chimneys for a neighbor. We were both pleased with the result and the work ethic. i I used the service from the Westhampton -Quogue area.
