They were extrememly professional. They did arrive a little late due to an issue with the prior job, but I did not mind because they kept in constant contact with me updating me as to when they would be here and were extremely apologetic that they were late you can tell they really try their very best to be punctual and the fact that they were not on time was out of the ordinary. It was a messy job and they did their very best to keep things neat and clean, I would highly recommend them.

The work was average and I will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time, were very respectful and friendly. They were patient and were very happy to show us the video camera feed of our ducts before and after. It's a pretty remarkable difference and I'd say they did a great job. I know a lot of these duct cleaning businesses are scams but I think this one did a great job, and is a very good, well run company.

The job went well. They came on time and were very neat. The dust from the vents was suctioned out through the basement while the men used compressed air to blow dust down from each individual vent. The vent covers did not have to be removed which meant less wear and tear on my walls. The price was exactly the same as in the estimate. I would recommend this company.

I am so happy I went with these guys. Eli the owner, from the start broke down everything for me over the phone and what will be done and made me feel 100% comfortable with the quality work they do. Another company I called to get an estimate on craigslist seemed like they didnt care and gave me a cheaper quote but It was just something fishy about them but Im glad I went with my instincts and went with Pro-duct Air Care. I bought this house 1yr ago and the prevous owners NEVER cleaned out the vents. Richard came ontime and knew exactly what he was doing. First thing he did was inspect the system that I had to see what he had to do. He noticed that a vent leading to my daughters room was not connected and reconnected it and resealed it for me. Anyone else would have looked at this as dollar signs but Rich did the right thing and took the time to hook it back up for me withought even thinking twice. Now my daughter has air flow to her room to get heat which she never had before. All this time I just thought that the vent in her room was a return vent and just didnt push air out. Even when I had the house inspected by an inspector he said those were return vents and her room couldnt get heat which Rich told me was wrong. After that he went on to clean out all of my air ducts and return vents. Rich showed me along the way all the dirt in the vents when he opened them up and I was shocked. The previous owners had a dog and dog hairs and dust was caked up in all the vents. Now my vents are super clean and I can breathe a sigh of relief. With 3 kids I can rest easier now knowing that they are not breathing in dust everytime they take a breath in this house. On top of all of that I am getting better air flow through out the house which im sure is going to save me $$ on my heating bill this winter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest company who isnt looking to get over on you and knows what their doing.

They showed up on time and and told me it could take up to 6 hours but were able to get it done in 3. Great customer service explained most of what they were doing. They recommended air filters and even found a small issue in the attic with the ac system that required some pvc bonding to prevent future flooding. Told me the glue to buy and then fixed it immediately. I also had an issue with the outdoor ac unit where it was making a very loud humming noise probably driving my neighbors crazy. Problem was identified and fixed quickly and easily without charging me for it. Definitely recommend and will use again.

The owner was very patient and friendly answering all of our questions, which were many. He was able to give us an estimate over the phone, while outlining the work to be done. He put our concerns to rest. The technicians were punctual, professional, proficent, personable and what is most important to me - neat! The quoted price was the price paid. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

I asked for air duct cleaning for the condo but they only came and did the duct for the clothes dryer. When I called to ask about it they said "well, what did you expect for that price?" I had never had this service done before so I didn't know. Anyway, they said that they would come back to do the entire condo and deduct the $99 from that price but I just didn't want to deal with them again. Also, they said it would take them 6-7 hours to do the condo whereas the next company I contacted estimated and did the job in 2-3 hours.

Called before arriving and arrived on time. Courteous, informative, clean, and able to accept credit card. Estimate given on phone was exactly what the final cost was.

They also gave me good advise on when to get the systems cleaned. They also send me notices when the systems need to be cleaned.
