They did a very complete and professional job. They were careful. They took their shoes off before entering the house. They made sure I was satisfied with each task they performed.

All work proceed as planned fpr $399.00. from 2..00pm tru 4.00pm. Just about when I thought they were finished they present me with a picture of Moles gathering on my motor blades. At that point presented with this evidence I had no choice. I gave them permission to clean up the moles. Here comes the shock - the price more than doublbled to $875.00! whow!? Also the promised of a Filter, I am still awaiting>

After looking up a company to clean out my air ducts to my central air conditioning system, I decided on using this company. This decision was based on Ty's explanation of everything that he would do and how I felt that he was not going to rip me off as some of the other companies that I called sounded. Ty took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The first visit was suppose to be for cleaning the ducts to my central air conditioning unit. Upon inspection, it was revealed that I had mold buildup which involved replacing the air ducts where the mold formed. A UV light was to be installed but could not be at the time of changing the air ducts because the part had to be ordered. It took several weeks for the part to come in but once it did, Ty called and said that he would be over to install the piece. He also promised a new filter for my system which was delivered by mail. I was very satisfied with Ty and his explanation of everything that was to be done. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. I would definitely recommend him to others. The only complaint was that sometimes it was a little difficult to get in touch with him but overall, I was very satisfied. I felt that he was honest and a man of his word which is so difficult to find sometimes. Thanks Ty. Hope to do business with you in three years which is when he recommends that I have the ducts cleaned out again.

After calling the company and talking to Eli, he gave a very complete description of the price and what would be done. Then an appointment was able to be made very promptly. On the day of the cleaning, Ty and Ron did excellent work for us. Both were very courteous and careful to be clean. Ty did a careful inspection of our attic ducts and blower and found significant mold in the blower, which he showed me using his camera tool and on the actual blower. Therefore I needed to do a premium job rather than just the standard duct cleaning. As we only owned this home less than two years, it seems like the previous owner did not regularly clean the ducts if at all. So I was eager to do the extra work as the mold could spread to the ducts, which would be much worse. It ended up being much more expensive than I anticipated, but I think they did a careful and complete job and hopefully do not need another cleaning until 2016. It was recommended that I also get a UV light for the blower (to prevent any more mold from growing) which I am still considering due to the additional cost. I recently received (as of this writing) my free air filter from Pro Duct after a brief delay. After not receiving the filter for a month after the work was done I contacted them and they quickly resolved the issue and made sure the filter was shipped. Overall I was very satisfied by the courteous service done by Pro Duct and can highly recommend them.

The servicemen were punctual as they showed up in the morning on time. They had attitudes and were conscious of hygiene and being clean. When entering the house for an inspection of the vents and to get a general idea, they laid out a carpet so my wood floor would not get dirty. They were prepared with their tools and did not need my ladder to clean the attic. While in the attic, they recommended settings for my unit that made sense. While working in the attitc and in the house, they kept me informed of everything. As for up sale, very little and with no pressure. They asked if I wanted to my vents cleaned and it would cost extra. I did not need my vents cleaned and the conversation ended there. They did not up sale on anything else. One thing though, I am still waiting for my free filter as promised to angie's list user. I will contact him and update my review accordingly. I would recommend.

The technicians at ProDuct Air Care were professional, courteous, and knowledgable from start to finish. My husband called to get information and schedule service-Eli answered the call and did a great job explaining the process, fees, etc. On the day of the service, 2 technicians promptly arrived, explained the process, and began setting up. They placed drop cloths and wore booties in our home (we have an infant and I was very pleased with that). The process itself took about 2 hours. The vacuum sound is very loud (that is understandable given it is a HUGE vacuum cleaning your system) so my daughter and I left to run errands while my husband stayed behind. He was shown the intake on our system and saw the immediate benefit of getting this service performed on our home. I would hire ProDuct Air Care again and recommend them to others.

Gentleman came on time; explained the work to my son who was at the house with him. Did a great job cleaning all the air ducts in the house. Also, we were promised a lifetime air filter which we just received in the mail. Job well done. Completely satisfied

Couldn't have gone better (unless it wasn't necessary in the first place!). A recent storm left our dryer vent full of water that had the dryer unable to work. Pro-Duct scheduled an appointment, and then called to say they had a cancellation in my town, and could come right away. Al arrived, and found the problem right away. Despite a tight space, he got the job done right... and quickly... and cleaned up along the way and after. The company quoted a window on price, and came in right about in the middle. Don't know if I could have saved a nickel looking around, but I'm happy with the price and very happy with the service.

Seemed to do a very good job. He found and fixed a problem that the cleaner last year (Fred's) had created. My only quibble is that he left several scratches on the wall that I had to touch up with paint.

This was 1st cleaning since 25 foot dryer vent was installed over 10 years ago. They showed up on time and spent about 40 minutes cleaning the vent from both ends. The amount of dryer lint that was removed was a lot, much more than I expected. The dryer is now operating much more efficiently. The 2 man team was neat and very courteous.

I contacted Eli at the office to set up the appointment for the men to come and do the work...........it was easy and Eli was very friendly and polite...........he told me who the work men would be and when they would come...............Al and his assistant, Francisco, arrived on time and were very careful and attentive to the carpets and furniture in the house.......... they removed their shoes and put on booties because I had light colored carpets............ they placed drop cloths and covers under any tubing they were pulling into the house from their truck........they were very professional............they worked quickly and were done earlier than they had indicated upon their arrival...................they cleaned up well when they were finished including vacuuming the carpets in the bedroom and folding all the cloths they used to cover the floor ...................... they were polite and very social and even admired some of our art work and decorating............... we would surely use them again and recommend them to family and friends..............thanks Angie's List!

The technician Paul arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely personable, polite and articulate. He explianed the cleaning process to me and got to work right away, taking care in laying out drop cloths to protect carpeting and furniture. My A/C has an unusual set-up with limited acces to attic space but he was undeterred, taking his time and cleaning the system thoroughly. After he finished cleaning the system, sanitizer was applied and he also made recommendations regarding various filter types. I was impressed with Paul's work ethic and attention to detail and would use / recommend this company in the future.

Al and Paul provided the service. They arrved on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Both men were courteeous and quite helpful when they explained the process and result of their work. Since we were heavily impacted (flood and wind damage) by Hurricane Sandy, this service was quite important for us having just had our entire first floor renovated(sheetrock, floors, heating elements, bathrooms, garage and total area painting). We were inundated with construction dust and residual dirt that entered our ducts and vents. If you want great professional service and a terrific result, I recommend Pro-Duct Air Care and especially Al and Paul.

I called Pro-duct and made an appointment. I waited 45 minutes on the day they were scheduled to come, then called to find out where they were. The owner thought it was Wednesday when it was really Thursday!! I rescheduled. On the 2nd day that they were suppose to come, he called me at the time he was suppose to be at my house to say his guy was running 1 1/2 - 2 hours late. Since it was already 4pm I rescheduled a 3rd time. On the day of the 3rd scheduled appointment, he called to tell me he couldn't come due to the weather. Three strikes...they're out in my book!!

Overall it went as desribed and expected.

Paul and Justin were excellent. Made the appointment and negotiated rate with Eli on the phone. My Mom owns the house and he gave her 10% off, minus $50 as well since their complimentary filter wasn't the size she needed. Paul is the head of the team. He is very well-informed. Told me exactly what he was going to long and how long it would take. Cleaned all vents in the house. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for great service!

I recently employed Pro Duct to clean out our dryer duct and make sure there were no lint blockages. I spoke with Ty at the company and he was very professional and courtesous. He said he could get to my home (upper west side) the next day between 4-5pm and we all know, with most service providers, this really means any time after 4pm. However, sure enought, Ty came within the promised time frame (extra points just for that!). After some thorough tests, he told me he really did not think there were any major blockages but offered the option to take my dryer down (I have lying on top of my washer) and snake the duct for a greater expense. I appreciated that he did not automatically recommend this option just because it would have been more money for the company. Once we decided to not clean out the duct, he checked to make sure the connection in the back of the dryer was sound since we had ample lint on the wall behind the dryer. Sure enough, he spotted a rip in the flex hose which a pervious worker (in the past, NOT from Pro Duct) attempted to patch up with duct tape...Ty said the small rip should be taped with a special type of foil tape and he waited for one of his workers to meet him at my apartment and repaired the small rip with this special tape. To top it all off, Pro Duct even vacuumed that wall where all the lint was! Overall, my experience with this provider was fantastic. They were responsive and reliable and I would use them again in a heartbeat...hopefully I will never need to!

The ducts hadn't been touched for years by the previous owner. Eli made an appointment for 1PM, but to our surprise Justin showed up 2 hours early, and were done by 2. This was definitely a pleasant surprise as that saved us the rest of a beautiful saturday to go to the beach. The guys that came were very courteous, respectful and wasted no time and started working immediately. they showed us exactly what they were doing and how they were doing it. We have a room dedicated to worship, they noticed that we never wore shoes in that room and were respectful enough to do the same. the level of professionalism isn't what i usually see with other contractors. these guys are definate A+ in our book. After the entire procedure, they were mindful enough to clean every room they worked in; vacuuming the minute amount of dust that left on the carpet and sofas. Also gave us a free lifetime electrostatic filter to replace our old "once a month" air filter.
