Pro Duct Air Care

Cleaned out my air ducts for my AC system. Replaced my filter in the return air grille. Arrived on time and took a little over two hours.

They cleaned the vent and added a piece to the dryer so that the vent would work properly. I tried to use my dryer the weekend after the repair was done. The clothes didn't get dry. We called a repairman to fix the dryer and we were told that the ProDuct guys used a hose that was too long for the back of the dryer. We were also told that the air from the dryer was not blowing hot or strong outside of the house. We were told that the guys who clean the dryer duct should have known that there was something wrong. I'm disappointed that I wasted money on buying this product. I should have tested the dryer right away but I don't wash until the weekend. Next time I will check the work right away but I will not be getting by ducts cleaned by this company. They also didn't give a receipt for the completed work.

Upon arrival it was snowing, the crew quickly setup a drop cloth in the area they had to work. They were patient and informative about their task. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Had a small scheduling issue, but it was quickly resolved and I was compensated for my troubles.

They were very professional, timely, and I was very happy with the job.

I was contacted promptly and scheduled an appointment. I was told they would come between 12:00-1:00 PM. They arrived within the approximate time. Vinny and Ken did a neat and thorough job. It took about a half hour. I was very satisfied with the work.

The team from Pro Duct Air Care came to our house and cleaned out our air ducts. They brought giant tubes into the house through the windows/doors that went into the vents and vacuumed out all the debris. The team was very professional.

Fantastic. Vincent and Francisco arrived on time and took great care in making sure everything was explained and done in a timely and professional manner. They even put down a red carpet and wore shoe covers to make sure their hoses and shoes did not damage my wood floors. The quality of the job was amazing as well - they removed decades of dust from my ducts. Overall I rate them an A+.

I hired Pro-Duct Air Care to clean the dryer vent after company I used last time was not responsive. Pro-Duct had excellent customer service (Spoke to TY), very knowledgeable and happy to explain entire process, arrivde exactly when they said they would, and price was very reasonable and what was quoted on the phone. The service person did excellent job, was courteous, happy to explain what he was doing as he was doing it, gave me tips to keep vent clean and did quick professional, clean job. He even put booties on in the house as he saw I did not like outside shoes worn in house. He automatically did this even though I did not ask! I am very, very happy with Pro-Duct and will continue to use them going forward. I am glad the other provider was not responsive. He did me a favor, as I am happier with Pro-Duct ! The dryer has been working perfectly since! I will call them from now on for annual cleaning. thank you Pro-Duct! and thank you Angie's List for providing this service. They were on time, professional, and explained every step thoroughly . They were patient, respectful of not damaging my home (placed protective coverings throughout prior to initiating the job). Everything was completed to our total satisfaction.

They did a great job, very professional. However, it was hard to connect with company by phone to set up appointment. Also they are VERY expnsive and the communication about the cost was not super clear. I did not realize until the day service was provided that quote I received was per AC unit.

From start to finish the Pro-Duct team were fabulous. From initial phone call to the visit, they advised what to expect and were VERY neat and clean. There were no surprises and I would absolutely USE THEM AGAIN!

Paid only $99 as part of daily deal. Not sure what they charge outside that. Pro's pro. Took off shoes entering my home without asking or my asking which I greatly appreciated. Cleaned dryer vent and had the whole job done in 15 minutes. Will use again for any vent or duct related cleaning.

They were great. They were on time. They were very thorough with explaining things. Everything was done well to total satisfaction. We went with them because i called the owner and he was able to explain everything like with pricing and the work. They were transparent with what needed to be done and what needed not to to be done. I was comfortable with them.

A pleasure to work with. They called to say they would be a little late and again called when they were close to the house-------I appreciated that. Explained everything and laid out floor covering so no dirt was tracked in. A professional job and I would use them again.

I called today and they fit me into their schedule. They gave me a time window and arrived within the window. The cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly.

Professional, on-time, responsive, patient, delivered what was agreed to, no attempt to add-on services at additoonal costs. Willing to check and where appropriate correct, customer identified potential problems related to delivery of heat through duct system.

They showed up promptly. Protective runners were put down wherever the large vacuum hose was to go. We have 13 air vents attached to ducts that had not been cleaned in many years. They first checked at the main duct coming off the plenum to see if there was mold present. Thankfully we did not have any. We had already moved any furniture away from the area underneath the ceiling air vents. I had also removed the vent grill itself to facilitate direct access. They had three four to five foot long extensions which they attached to the air hose as needed depending on the lengths of the various ducts. The air pressure can be adjusted by a manual valve. One man operated the air hose and valve while the second man used a small step stool to get up to each vent and push the cleaning extension rods through the ducts. At the end of the rod is a small attachment that I would call a flexible rubber broom of sorts that twirled inside each duct to remove and loosen dirt. The dirt in turn is sucked through the system and out the central vacuum hose at an amazing speed. They arrived at 9:00 am and were finished and gone around 11:30 am. Very courteous and professional in their conduct.

They made a confirmed appointment to come and clean our ducts prior to our use of our air conditioner. They set the appointment time at 1 to 3 p.m. At 4 p.m., an hour after they should have been there, we called to find out where they were. We were told that they were close by at another location and were finishing up and would be there in a half an hour. Another hour later we called again to find out where they were. They told us they were having equipment trouble but would still be there, now, by 5 p.m. At 6 p.m. they were still not there and we could no longer reach the office as it was closed. We left urgent messages with the phone service and someone finally called us back to say they were on their way. Since it was now 6:30 p.m. and the earliest they could get there was 7 p.m. and it would take about three hours to clean the ducts, we told they it was not acceptable. Nor did we believe they would actually show up since they had repeatedly told us they would be there each time and did not show up. We were then told that the owner would call us on Monday and offer us a discount when we rescheduled. The owner never called back and more than a month later we still have not heard back from anyone.

When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, I was told that I could book a service appointment and I could decide that day if I wanted the job done or not. Since I knew that the ducts were only cleaned once in 5 years and they were not done correctly by another company the last time, I agree. I was told that I would receive some information about the company via email. The day of the appointment arrived and I did not receive the information. I wanted to be sure that the company had insurance that was up-to-date, as I do with all the vendors we hire. Unfortunately, the technicians arrived and had to wait until proof of insurance came through. However, the technicians were great, very professional and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that they covered the floors to minimize the dirt. The technicians were also great about looking for ways to get the job done without disrupting the entire house. (for example, they ran lines out of the attic window instead of snaking them up three floors). The technicians explained that we had mold in the unit, but they didn't pressure us to remove it. Since we knew that cleaning the ducts without cleaning the unit would just be blowing mold back into the ducts, we chose to have the unit cleaned and to install a uv light to inhibit mold growth. Those two parts brought the price of the job up, but I knew that it was a possibility. The job included a permanent air filter. It arrived a couple of weeks later. We haven't tried it yet, but if it works, it will save us time and money as our unit takes an irregularly sized filter. Overall, they did a great job and we would call them again in the future.

The appointment was easy with Ty, who followed up with a written email quote and a link to youtube video. Service was performed well by Al and Vinnie. They showed up on time, were very careful and respectful, and went unit by unit, room by room, inside and outside. Also gave me tips on how to maintain our systems better. I'd recommend them to anyone and would use their service again.

Called and spoke with Ty. He explained everything that would be done, so we scheduled him to come to my house. He was right on time as we agreed. Al showed up and explained what he would do. He is very professional, and makes sure he keeps your house clean as he is doing the cleaning. I would definitely use them again. There was no upsell , what he quoted me was the price.

He was wonderful, terrific there are not enough words to describe how wonderful he and his staff were.

I highly recommend them. They did a very complete job. The team was very professional and respectful of my house. They made sure that the vacuum hose which comes from a truck outside was on top of drop cloths. I saw with my own eves how much dirt and dust they were able to clean out. Price was very good compared to others. They are a member of a national organization which sets certain standards. Free air filter they said would be mailed to me. Assuming I will see that soon. I will use them again in the future.
