Description of Work: Although they arrived on time they were totally unprepared. They run their business off of a cell phone. The job was in the attic and they came with NO ladder, no flashlights and and not alot else to complete the job. They relied on what I had in house for supplies. Very unprofessional. Had a hard time getting hold of owner TY during the job, had to rely on his workers to contact him. There was little explanation of things going on and little to no communication at the end if the job. Very surprised they are on Angie's list. Figured Angie knows better. Very bad service company. Could go on and on. Never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They were professional and courteous. Thoroughly cleaned the air ducts in my house that were neglected from necessary upkeep by the previous owners. They did a great job and have already recommended them to a family member.

Description of Work: They initially called to let me know that they would be approximately 45 minutes late. They did a terrific job cleaning out all the air vents and dryer vent. They explained the entire process on the phone and in person. It took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. They are professional and absolutely know their business. They are supposed to return to install a new filter. I will post to confirm.

Description of Work: great family owned company who pride themselves on being honest and thorough. they explained everything and made sure i was happy when the job was finished. Eli was very knowledgable and accomadating. they called an hour ahead to let me know that they would be 30 mins late. thats something that most companies never do. thank you guys for a job well done.
