I have a whole new kitchen! The workmanship was wonderful and highly professional. We did have a drawer snafu which took longer than I liked to get resolved - but that is small compared to the craftsmanship and quality I received. I recommend Ratan and New Look very highly. You will not be disappointed.

New Look Kitchen Refacing did an excellent job for us. Ratan promised that they'd be done in 5 days and barring a minor snafu which wasn't his fault, they were done in 6. They were extremely neat and cleanly and took care of everything we asked. I highly recommend Ratan. My only small bit of criticism is that I would have appreciated weekly updates leading up to the install, but it wasn't necessary- I just like hearing from my hired partners before a job commences.

We had some difficulties along the way but all of the issues were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction.

Mine was a small job - two bathroom cabinets refaced; new granite tops; new sinks: new fixtures; new plumbing. Refacing and countertops perfect! plumbing was problematical but effort by principal was 100% to get problems resolved satisfactorily. Final result excellent!

The 3 guys that did the actual labour were clean, courteous and just did a great job. The kitchen looks so good compared to what it was !!! Thank-you all so much.

Polite. courteous, neat and competent workers. Very responsive to any imperfections, they corrected the problem. There is only one little problem that still exists though I never called to request a repair.

Very professional. End result was as promised and on schedule. There were certain custom aspects to the job that some of the contractors were not able to accommodate but New Look was able to handle with no problems. I would highly recommend.

New Look did a terrific job on my 40 year old kitchen. They finished the job on time and in budget, at about 1/3 the cost of a new kitchen. They were a pleasure to work with and conducted themselves in a very professional manner from start to finish, from the salesmen to the installers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
