Came on time, worked clean, showed me how to use the system, and came back at the end of the season to winterize system.

The installer took time to explain the programming of the system. Twice I made an appointment for service, I only had to wait a few days. They were minor problems and they were corrected right away. The sprinkler is working great and I have no regrets using this company.

I would definitely recommend this company. Scott came out to give me an estimate and was there exactly when he said he would be. Explained everything in detail. The day of installation the crew was prompt and very nice and everything ran smoothly. Bob was there and answered all our questions. He showed my son-in-law how everything worked, in case we wanted to change the days or times the system went on or off. When they left you wouldn't even know they had been there. Very pleased with the work.

The team showed on time, they were nice and was able to complete the job in one day, a few week later one zone was leaking, I call the office and withing a couple days they came to fix the problem.

Automatic is a first rate company to deal with . They are prompt and efficient. This job was done the way that you hope for when hiring a company for a large job. They were honest and fair they accidentally damaged the fence and when I called the the next day they took care of it right away.

They attempted to move me up my schedule time which I appreciated, unfortunately it did not work. The team showed up right on time and was able to complete the job quickly. They worked through the rain.

It was such a pleasure working with this company. Scott Silverman came out and did the estimate was very kind. When he wrote the contract it was very thorough and professional and he explained everything that needed to be done. Also the men whom came out to do the actual work were very pleasant and professional as well.
