They did what they said they would do. They were timely and neat. The system was explained to me in detail, and all questions were answered. I loved working with them.

AID installed the sprinkler system and every year the pipes on the exterior of the house burst. The technicians told me over the years that the problem is where they installed the pipes. Yet, Im expected to pay for the repairs.

EVERYBODY who works at this place is pleasant and competent. Scott, the salesman; the operator who answers the phone; Debra, who handles, billing, appointments and answers any and all questions; and the two installers. On installation day a clean white truck pulled up in front of my house on time. The installers worked politely with my neighbors and me to get that big truck conveniently parked. All my questions were answered all day long, without making me feel stupid or annoying. I was given options for how equipment would be installed and the pros and cons were patiently explained. Before they left, I was invited to inspect the installation to make sure it was satisfactory. (Almost) best of all, the installers cleaned up after themselves! Don't you hate it when you have to clean up after the people you hire to do work for you?!!! Thanks, Automatic Irrigation Design!

I am completely satisfied with my sprinkler system which was installed three years ago by Automatic Irrigation Design.... My trust in their service just went up a notch thanks to Luis, the serviceman who explained in laymen s term how the program features work... I had no idea the control I had until today!!! More than expected!

The day before thanksgiving with temps dropping into the teens, my sprinkler system had to be shut down and water removed. I called my regular lawn service 3 times in oct and November. They never came. I called this company and in one hour they called a tech on his day off and did the work that was needed; I feel they took an extra effort to help me.

Installed a new lawn sprinkler system. Delivered as promised. The rep gave us a firm price, they stuck to the price, and the job was completed in a day. They were the middle estimate for the job, not the low. We've regretted hiring low bidders on other jobs. The price was firm regardless of the number of zones that wound up being installed, which turned out to be nine. We wanted the company to install a system that irrigated the whole property, without us having to tell them what to do. They promised that and they delivered that. Had some concerns on the day of install and they were handled smoothly and to my satisfaction with phone calls to the office. These people are professionals. A note: The installation contract requires the customer to use them for openings and closings for the first two years or the warranty is voided, so factor that in.

They were the least expensive company so we went with them for our irrigation system but our experience has been very poor. Customer service is terrible, put on hold for extended periods of time, multiple problems so far with our system (less than a year old, rear zones stopped working). And they seem disorganized, didn't forward our backflow testing report to the water authority.

We spent a couple thousand dollars on upgrading our sprinkler system with a drip system. Work was done as planned, however we had a small leak months later. When we called for a repair, the technician bypassed the leaky portion but also cut off half our sprinkler heads in the zone. He left, and of course 2 weeks later half our front lawn turned brown. We are now calling them every day to come back but they ignore our pleas and deny breaking our sprinkler system. Since it is the busy summer season, they cannot send a technician back out for weeks, and won't even consider restoring our lawn. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
