The business owner, Kenny, called to say he got held up in traffic, so was late for the time we set for him to stop by and give me an estimate. Then a day or so later, for the wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, he was late again by a couple of hours -- not his fault, his assistant was involved in a car accident. The carpet cleaning job they did was superior. Carpets were Berber-type sand-colored wall-to-wall. The job entailed downstairs living room, bedroom and hallway, stair landing in front of front door, stair landing between first and second floor, and three flights of stairs (six or seven stairs each) -- one from front door up to living room, and two flights from first floor to second floor. Kenny put in extra work on the high-traffic areas, and the carpeting looked like new when he was finished. The price seemed a little high to me, but perhaps it's to be expected that you pay for excellence.
