Eddie is extremely accomodating. He arranged his schedule to do my carpets the day after I called. He came on time, and is very professional and polite. He did not try to pressure me to purchase more services, and works efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this company. My carpets look so much better, and the men are very easy to work with.

I Emailed Eclipse to see if I qualified for the offer of cleaning rugs in 3 rooms. I only had 2 rooms I wanted done but also had stairs and 2 foyers. Eddie agreed to count the stairs and foyers as the third room so I set up a date with him for the following week. He arrived on time, did a magnificent job of cleaning my carpets. I certainly would recommend him and have him come here again when I need the service.

They did three rooms for 99 dollars and then I paid 80 dollars for two more rooms, which I though was very fair. They were prompt and tidy. They did a nice job. I would recommend them to anybody. I was extremely satisfied and they did a really good job. Some things they did move and there were some things they did not move and it does not show.

Two technicians came on schedule, quickly review and clean our gutters.

My carpets were stained and had many discolorations on them due to me using over the counter carpet sprays. Do not use them as it takes the color out of your carpets. Eddi told me ahead of time that those would not go away as I already knew and did not expect he could so I was not disappointed. With that being said, he and his assistant did a great job and did remove the other stains on the rug that were removable.Eclipse well worth every penny.

I was given an estimate time of arrival of between 10 am & 11 am. They arrived on time,no waiting for hours past the estimated time. Eddie was professional,didn't push any products on me and asked if I wanted to sign up for annual cleaning which I did. My home needs to power washed on the outside. When I decide to do that,I'm calling him first

Eddy from Eclipse did a very good job for us. He was always prompt and courteous. The carpets were well cleaned. The Oriental rugs look great. He and his assistant returned the rugs and moved the furniture to place them back. Very pleased.

After buying the 3 carpets for $99 deal on Angie's list, I promptly received a call from Eclipse seeking to schedule the service. I inquired about having a couch cleaned to and was told they would provide an estimate upon arrival. The company arrived as scheduled and exactly on time. They provided me an estimate for the couch on the day they arrived to clean the carpets and did the couch as well. The crew was professional, neat, quick and pleasant. I highly reccommend this company.

They came while I was at work. honestly I forgot they were coming. But it's was obvious they came did their work and finished. The only thing I noticed was that a few of my roof shingles were lifted up and not placed back. I'm sure when I call them back to replace my lost gutters they will fix the problem. My son was home and he told me they arrived on time.

Considering it was two days after the brunt of Hurricane Sandy hit this area, I was impressed when he got here as scheduled. He not only did a great job on the gutters but also helped with some minimal storm damage. He was also very helpful and personable.

When the day came, they arrived promptly, and even called in advance to say they had hit traffic and might be slightly delayed. They saved my carpet in minutes, and were professional and courteous. The Eclipse business tactics are a rarity today - I highly recommend this business.

Eddie was very professional and punctual. He called immediately after, I bought the deal, to make the appointment and was on right on time. He cleaned my bedroom and basement carpets, as well as taking an oriental rug to his shop to wash it there. His price was reasonable and he delivered the rug on the day he promised. He was a joy to work with and I would definitely recommend his services.

I've been using Eddie's services for the past 7 years and could not be more pleased. The guy is a gem! I trust him completely. I can go food shopping and leave him in my home without a concern. The quality of his work and results are phenominal. It's almost like a dry cleaning way of cleaning carpets. The best part is he will come for an emergency even if it is after hours. He cleans for many of neighbors and family. I highly recommend him to others.

I purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal for $99. My issue was not one of standard carpet cleaning, but the result of my dog having a run in with a skunk and the residual odor in the house. Eddie scheduled me for an immediate appointment, arrived promptly and used professional level deodorizers in the affected areas, all with excellent results. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable on a very high level, and even left me with a small amount of two separate products in case I found other areas needing treatment after he left. Great experience overall.

We have two dogs, and they/ve made their share of messes on the carpets. The carpets look great, and Eclipse did a professional job. I gave them a B on punctuality because they were about a half hour late arriving, although they did call a half hour ahead and let me know they would be a little late. But I gave them absolute top marks on everything else. I'm very happy with Eclipse and also Angie's List.

The entire experience went very well. Eddie and his helper came to my sister's home one week before the actual job was done to give her an estimate. He was prompt and courteous. I told him I would get back to him when I had a chance to think about it. When I called him back several days later, I asked him if he could give me a slightly better price, which he did. I was happy that he was able to work with me on the cost. The day of the job, Eddie and his helper arrived right on time. I stopped by the house when the window cleaning was almost finished and said "WOW" I noticed how sparkling clean the windows looked as I walked up to the front of the house. The only disappointment was that the 4 windows that had air conditioners bolted into them could not be thoroughly cleaned, but that was not Eddie's fault. The gutters, which hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years, were also done, and Eddie showed us what was actually growing in there (2 small saplings)!!! I asked Eddie to put me on his list for regular gutter cleaning next fall. Eddie is a very considerate and respectful gentleman. He cleaned up after the job was done left the place exactly as he had found it. He has an excellent work ethic and I was very pleased with overall experience.
