Eclipse Cleaning

I was extremely happy with the work Eclipse did cleaning my gutters, and will be calling them again next year for my annual cleaning.

We could not be more pleased with how our carpets turned out. Eddie was very responsive and professional ? so much so, that we hired him to also clean our two Persian rugs. We had been afraid to have them cleaned, but after more than 15 years, it was time. We entrusted them to Eddie. They came out great and we are thrilled. We will definitely use Eclipse Cleaning in the future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Eddie called immediately to schedule the work. He and another guy showed up exactly when agreed. They did the work efficiently, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely call him again.

This had started with their Angie's coupon. They held to the coupon price even though I had to delay their coming because we had tree branches down. They came when we planned and they worked quickly and quietly. They explained the job and did a great cleanup. He kept in touch every step of the way--both organized and obliging. Came today, did a fine job--and took the time to tell me about his most recent Angie's rating, which made him very proud. I spoke with the gentlemen immediately after purchasing the carpet cleaning deal. He ( so sorry can'tremember his name at the moment 3eWas extremely courteous and helpful. He was able to schedule me for the following week. He a was actually trying to do it sooner because I had express to him a bed delivery I was expecting and how my children destroyed the carpet where the new bed is too be. But with the holiday coming I didn't want to pressure him. So he came the following morning and it was soo easy breezy .. I didn't have to do much they did everything moved furniture , put protective covers under the feet of furniture. He pointed out to me where the heaviest soiling was and they really really did a great job at removing them . My carpets looked Brand New my home felt totally refreshed .. On top of doing a great job they were a pleasure to have. Very nice gentlemen who seem to take pride in their work and treating their clients well is obviously top priority. I have an upholstered headboard and will definitely be calling them when it's time to have it cleaned. My annual carpet cleaning belongs to them. Very rarely do you get such a great price with great results.

I took advantage of the $99 gutter cleaning by Eclipse which was a great deal since my house has 2 floors. The gentleman was extremely polite and very neat. He took longer to clean my gutters than anyone else I have hired and made sure to unclog them all the way down the downspout. There was no fallen mud left on the ground where they had been. I noticed his van said carpet cleaning, so I asked what it would cost to do my high traffic area (hallway and stairs) to freshen it up for the holidays. $80 and he offered to do it right then. It looks fantastic! Again, he was very neat, efficient, polite and had reasonable rates. I plan to use Eclipse again.

The company is owner operated so you can actually tell the quality of work. I was at home and saw everything that they did. They spent a lot time on our gutter to make sure they got them all clean. I actually got an estimate for power washing our stucco house. I've learned from many discussion that it's tricky to power wash stucco so that it won't crack. When talking to the owner I can tell that he know what to do, so I'll have them do that job.

For our carpet cleaning we have a large family room and hallway that I called for a estimate on. Eddie arrived promptly to provide the estimate despite the impact of Hurricane Sandy on New York. He was professional and provided a very good price and reduced that price for the Angie's List new customer discount. We agreed on a date for him to perform the carpet cleaning and he and his assistant again arrived promptly with his very professional custom carpet cleaning truck and equipment. There were a number of older pet stains and heavy traffic stains on the carpet to be cleaned. Eddie did an excellent job showing great attention to detail and provided a very thorough cleaning that was dry within a couple of hours. He pointed out a problem where a previous carpet cleaning service had left a stain that could not be removed. Overall my wife and I could not be happier with the job that Eddie did. He is thoroughly professional and provides a top quality service. We asked him to put us on the list for a return visit.

They cleaned the gutters with no problems or issues.They performed the service when we were not home and and called us afterwards to tell us that the job was finished and that there were no issues.

I would use them again in the future.

The fellow that runs the business is very personable. He and another man cleaned rugs in 2 bedrooms and then did my upstairs hallway and stairs. Both men were courteous and friendly. The job was done fairly quickly and well. They lifted many stains in my daughter''s room and all the rugs looked great. For the job, the price was a bargain and I would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and our steps, it all looks like new carpeting. They were very accommodating, punctual, professional and friendly to work with. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their services to my friends.

Cleaning of carpet in den with various stains, including red wine aggravated by misguided attempt to clean ourselves. Remarkable job reducing stain to be almost unnoticable.
