Eddie was extremely courteous and friendly over the telephone, worked with me to find a convenient time and presented a very reasonable price. He called earlier in the day to let me know he had an earlier slot and was able to come right away! He and his partner were extremely professional and courteous and finished the job within 1 1/2 hours. Eddie took the time to review the stains I had and was able to remove everything. He also went the extra mile to trim my frayed carpet to make it look nicer. This was a very positive experience and I would use this company again.

I purchased a deal that included 3 rooms and a hall. I needed some additional work-a staircase and two small rugs. The work was very good and the extra work fairly priced. I would certainly use this company again.

Eddie Barbosa and his helper arrived right on time. They cleaned all of the carpets. They completed the work in about 1 hr. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

Two men came within an hour of the appointed time, they had called to say they would be delayed, and I appreciated that call. My older wall-to-wall carpets had never been cleaned, they look like new now, even the stains are gone. I would certainly hire this company again.

Such a pleasure to have in my home, and, most importantly, my carpets looked wonderful when he finished, and even better the next day, after the solution had time to dry. My experience with Eclipse was excellent. OMG.......They gave me a window for arrival and they arrived at the beginning of the window, which has never happened for me. I was so happy, because now I won't have to wait all day wondering when they will come. They also called before they came. It was two workers, they did good, quality work and very efficient. They even explained what they did and how everything works. And did I mention the chemicals are environmental friendly and pet friendly, which was a plus because I have a dog. When they finished they loaded up the equipment, and not a bit of mess did they leave. I was impressed. They even had shoe covers on their shoes. And the carpets looked brand new!!!

They did an excellent job of getting out spots that I did not think could be removed. Eddie was punctual and professional, and I would feel very comfortable hiring Eclipse again.

I found the staff at Eclipse extremely polite and respectful. I was very unlucky in that bad weather kept on postponing the job. Eclipse was incredibly flexible and their perseverance to get my gutters cleaned before they began to freeze was admirable. When the job did get done, they were quick and tidy and took the time to check, for no extra cost, whether my gutters and roof had sustained any significant damage during Sandy. Overall I highly recommend this company, and will hire them again.

These guys were wonderful. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. I will use them in the future for all my carpet cleaning.

Eddie and his helper showed up on time. The work was done quickly and professionally just the way it was explained to me. Eddie was pleasant and informative. At the end, he even fixed a corner of the carpet I hadn't noticed was loose with no additional expence. I will be using them again for further carpet cleaning as well as power washing when the weather gets warmer.

Based upon the previous Angie's List favorable reviews I called Eclipse to provide an estimate for the cleaning of wall to wall carpeting in my family room/basement area. The owner of the company, Eddie Barbosa, visited and reviewed the area and provided an estimate at that time as well as when he would come to clean the carpet. Eddie and his coworker arrived exactly as planned and cleaned the carpet very quickly. Eddie did provide a quick side by side "before and after" demonstrating the effectiveness of his cleaning technique. Overall, I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Eddie and his coworker exhibited. Without any hesitation I would strongly recommend him for carpet cleaning services and plan to use him again in the future as the need arises.

Great service .. this is the second time I have used Eclipse. The first time they cleaned all of my rugs including orientals. Very courteous, reliable and neat. the rugs look great. I plan to use them again.

Next time, I will wait for the house to close before I prepay for services to be done.

Could not have gone better. Arrived on time, explained what would be done, did the job, and did not waste any time... very professional.

I called and was quoted a price range That was acceptable to me so I made an appointment for them to come do the work. They came, we agreed on a price and they did the work. They placed styrofoam shoes under all the wooden furniture that was on the rugs and after the cleaning they placed strips of paper so that the rugs could be walked on if necessary while drying. Good job fair price.

Eclipse confirmed the date and time of appointment before they came. Eddie was extremely professional; he and his co- worker were right on time. They covered their shoes with booties immediately- Alot of workers/ contractors dont unless asked They were quick but extremely thorough. Didnt waste my time with talking except about the job and what to expect as far as being Green, drying time,and cost. They were GREAT! I would certainly recommend them highly. SPC
