Eclipse Cleaning

When I called Eclipse, Eddie returned my call within minutes. He was very cordial and cooperative, giving me any and all information I requested. When he picked up my rugs, he took them, told me they would be ready any time after two weeks and to call for delivery. When I called and had to postpone my delivery two times, there was never a problem with choosing a new date. He and someone from his company delivered them today, late in the day because he really had no time, but he made time for me. They were laid, moved around to the proper location I needed, and he thanked me for being a customer. I couldn't have had a more pleasant, satisfying experience and only wish I could have given them A+.

They were wonderful. They were spectacular. The owner, Eddie, couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. I can't praise them enough.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. It worked out pretty cool. My wife scheduled the service. They came in and did the service that was in the deal and I'm satisfied with it.

This was an excellent experience overall. The provider is to be commended for his professionalism, and work ethic. He showed care for everything he power washed so as not to damage anything. He showed up on time, and when he left he cleaned up after, and left no debris. He also was extremely polite, and courteous.

This is the second time I have used Edddie's services. The first time was for water damag that he took care. Today he he cleaned two upholstered chairs. Both time he did a great job. I find Eddie and his team to be both friendly and professional. I'm having him back next week to clean the attic.

It was an excellent experience. Last week Eclipse came out and cleaned 2 sofas and 2 chairs. I was so impressed with their quality of work, promptness and professionalism that I immediately booked them for several days later to clean another sofa and chair. Could not have been happier.

I couldn't be happier with the price, quality and professionalism from Eddie and his staff. My carpets had not been cleaned in three years and my furniture was 8 years old and had never been cleaned. The armchair and ottoman were so filthy and stained from having two kids and numerous spilled bottles and ground in crumbs. My windows were filthy, streaked and had bird crap in numerous spots. I feel like I have a new house. My carpets look like new, the stains are gone and they are noticeably brighter. Eddie even got out some candle wax on my area rug, and I didn't even point it out to him. I also can't say enough about Eddie. He returns calls promptly and gives timely estimates. I took a dozen business cards and will be giving them out to my neighbors and friends. Thank you Eddie for helping me enjoy my house again.

Excellent, friendly service. This is the third time I have used this service and plan to use for gutter cleaning and full house power washing in the Fall.

Eddie promptly arrived and cleaned my carpet in the basement to perfection!

First of all Eddie was VERY responsive. I was contacting him prior to and after my dad was moving out of his home. He called me back the same day I left a message and we agreed on a price and a tentative date. He kept in touch with me until the job was completed and even texted me a photo of the carpet when done. The carpets were old and heavily stained and I did not expect them to be perfect but he did a great job and got most of the dirt out. Overall he did better than I expected! The new tenant was also concerned because she has two babies and Eddie assured her that the cleaning was chemical free and safe for the kids. I would absolutely use Eddie again and highly recommend him to anyone!! Thanks again Eddie!!

Very professional and thorough. We did a walk-through before they started and he explained everything in detail. They put down paper for us to walk on since the carpet was still wet afterwards and most of the rooms were empty as we are preparing to move in. They were right on time. Highly Recommended.

Eddie responded to our call immediately. He gave us an estimate and performed the services within the week. He was very professional, on time and performed a great job. We already had compliments on the power washing job! I would definitely use his services again.

Very professional. Set up appointment, called before they arrived, kept appointment, worked quickly and efficiently.

A solution was sprayed on the rug, then steam was used to penetrate and then the solution was vacuumed out. All was dry in four hours.

I wasn't there when they did it, but the results were the best we've ever had. I'll definitely use them again.

Eddie and his staff were highly professional and thorough. Gutter cleaning was conducted with no mess left outside. I would highly recommend them especially for their rug cleaning services, Eclipse did a superior job on removing stains from a silk rug (much higher quality of work and more reasonably priced than specialist rug cleaning companies which we have used in the past). They were also successful at cleaning other speciality rugs and a multi colored carpet which is susceptible to color bleeding.

The gutters were cleaned, but a mess was left. They did not pick up after themselves. I was not there for service as they rescheduled twice.

Excellent.....my carpet came out beautiful. Eddy was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I arranged for another room to be cleaned on a later date while he was in my home. I highly recommend.

The experience was excellent from the start. Eclipse was responsive, getting back to my inquiry the same day. The appointment was made, they called before arriving on the date of service, and finished the job efficiently and fully. All in all a great experience. So much so that we have already arranged for their seasonal service.

It was a pleasure to work with Eddie and his team. We had two specials Persian rugs that had not been cleaned in a decade and he took time to explain the process and answer any questions that we had. The end result was amazing and I wish that we had hired Eddie sooner. We were so pleased with the results that we have since passed his name onto many of my friends and co-workers. Eddie was very responsive to my email request for information, was prompt, highly professional and pleasant. He did a wonderful job on our carpets and stayed true to his original quote.

A houseguest had come for a visit and brought his dog to stay at the house last week, and I was unaware that the dog was not trained. Unbeknonst to me, the dog urinated in my daughter's bedroom. I had no reason to be in her room, as she had moved out about a year ago. When I went to check the room yesterday, the room reaked of urine, and I could see stains all over the carpet. I needed to get someone to the house as quickly as possible since my daughter had come back for a visit yesterday for several days. I called Eclipse first thing this morning, and Eddie immediately figured out how to get me into the schedule today. He came when he said and immediately cleaned the carpet! He pointed to 2 other old stains on the rug and said those he was not going to be able to treat, as if he did, he was afraid he would damage the carpet more. Those were old stains and not smelly, so I wasn't concerned. While here, I asked him to also do my stairs and upstairs hallway. He and his worker did an excellent job. They are also more reasonably priced than the company I used to use. I will certainly use Eclipse again. I will have him back when I have time to organize the rest of the carpeted rooms for cleaning ahead of time.

It went fine. It was very good. We had to reschedule for months because there had been some bad weather. But, the second time around when they came and did it, everything went smoothly. He was doing the work and I mentioned to him that there were one or two spots that I thought he could do a bit better, he went back and did it again. He was very professional and thorough. We had mentioned that we needed him on a regular basis and he called recently to schedule the appointment as we had. He followed up with that. We were very pleased with him.

The process was easy Eddie is very professional, polite and reasonable someone you can trust in your home. I would definitely recommend him to all. I will use his service again .
