Eclipse Cleaning

All well, and as planned. The provider was very timely, courteous and eager. There were a couple of small spots where I think they could have done a modestly better job, but overall, quite satisifed.

Someone (owner, I guess) answered my phone call and gave me a time slot for the next week. I received a call 30 min before their scheduled arrival and they came on time and got to work right away. It took them approximately 30 min to clean the wall-to-wall carpet on the finished attic level including carpeted stairs. All the tough stains were removed to my satisfaction quickly and professionally. Their van was clean and neatly organized.

He was cheerful, reasonably punctual, accommodating and hardworking. I'd call him again in a minute. He also honored my Angie's List coupon, although he said it was outdated. He was a little late because the job before me was larger than he had been told, but he called to warn me and apologize. A good guy.

We could not be happier with the level of service and personal attention that we received. Eddie was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job on the cleaning at a very fair price. Many of these rugs had not been cleaned in many years and now look wonderful! He worked hard to accommodate our moving schedule and was a pleasure to work with.

I purchased the AL deal since there had been heavy rains and we could tell the gutters on our newly purchased home were clogged. The reviews were good and I thought the price was reasonable, since getting 20' up on a ladder outside isn't my idea of a good time. They were prompt aside from coming a day later than they said originally, but since it's outdoor work no one needs to be home for I didn't really mind. They clearly did a good job based on subsequent rainstorm experience (gutters not overflowing!). My husband was here when they came and said they were pleasant, and didn't try to upsell gutter replacement which I appreciate-he said they were fine (& based on their appearance the gutters are by no means new!). I'll use Eclipse again.

EXCELLENT! This is a top quality, professional service.The owner, Eddie Barbose came to the job and supervised. This was an expensive fabric that was soiled by pets. The outcome was wonderful-- completely clean and like new. Mr. Barbosa explained everything and was extremely pleasant and professional. Very prompt as well.

Eclipse arrived early, but it didn't seem to matter that we weren't available then, since they went ahead and did the work. I think they did a good job, but it's hard to tell, since I didn't go on the roof to check the gutters. I do still have rain overflowing from the gutter at one corner of the house, so I'm not sure what happened there. But the water flow is better than it was before the cleaning. Although I think the price is high, everyone else wanted to charge more, so I'm pretty happy with the deal.

Fantastic! What a lovely man and true professional. Couldn't have been a better experience. Would recommend him and would have him back in a heartbeat. Stain was gone and everything was shiny and new.

Eclipse is a class act. they came on time cleaned all the upholstery and took my expensive rugs back to their shop for cleaning. It was a great experience. They were vrry pdofessional and always on time.

We had numerous items that had to be moved before the rugs could be cleaned. Eclipse Cleaning took care of everything!

Excellent service. Did a great job. Courteous and professional. Completed job very quickly. I will no longer rent the carpet cleaning machine and clean the rugs myself. Their equipment did a much better job, was well worth the price which was reasonable and I don't have to do the work anymore! I would highly recommend this company and service.

From returned phone call to call letting me know they were on the way to final cleaning I was beyond impressed. They were actually on vacation when I initially called and actually called me back to let me know and answer any questions I might have. The prices for the quality of the work can not be beat. I had an entire second level of a house with a horrible cat smell and carpet stains. It was so bad i had carpet sales persons scheduled the next day because I assumed the carpet was un salvageable. It all went away after my carpet cleaning. I am going to use them again and again.

called to say he would be a little late unclogged the downspout quickly was very professional i had already spent $125 to have this done (in april of this year) - the company came twice and the gutter was still over-flowing even in light rains

Overall good job. Quick and clean

I only needed the top front gutters which I could not reach. Eddie came and did the front and did the back at no extra charge. He was very courteous and efficient and had the best price out of all the other gutter service. I would highly recommend there service.

They did a very good job. They were very thorough. One of the better gutter cleaners I've had.

Eddie was very responsive and they did a great job cleaning our gutters for a very fair price. All debris was cleaned up and we didn't need to be at the house for the service, so it was very easy an convenient. We have signed up for their annual cleaning schedule (2x per year: 1 in fall and 1 in spring). That makes it even more convenient to keep out gutters clean!

Service was on time. However, the gutters have guards on them and the service was quick. When the next rainfall came, two of the gutters were spilling out the water as they were not cleaned. I reached out to the company and they did respond quickly and cleaned the gutters that were missed.

Furniture is white and almost looks new :-). Manufactures said we needed to dryclean and we tested on the armchair. I wish we hadn't as that one is the worst now. Eddie and his associate were wonderful, polite, professional and dedicated. if his company ever goes public I will buy shares. He also gave a price on cleaning windows and power washing exterior and I will have him back. I will reccomend his services to everyone I know and took some business cards to do so. THANKS EDDIE
