Eclipse Cleaning

Eddie was great. Extremely professional. Very straightforward. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend and would use his services again.

I called Eclipse last week, and Eddie was gracious enough to rearrange his schedule to accommodate my request to get this done before Christmas. Eddie and Leo arrived on time this morning, and cleaned our sectional sofa, two area rugs, and the carpet on our stairs and hall. Eddie threw in cleaning our dining room chairs too. They are professional in every way, and put down drop clothes on our floors to protect them. It is snowing today and they were very careful not to drag in the snow, ice, and de-icer from outside. Excellent work, and very much appreciated.

Best carpet cleaning experience ever! I have used a professional carpet cleaner annually for the past ten years and this was by far the best experience. Prior to arriving the communication was good. I knew exactly when to expect them. The workers were punctual and considerate. They took care to avoid scratching the walls, putting special guards on the stair railings so their hoses would not mark them up. The biggest surprise for me was how much cleaner they were able to get our carpet than any service that had come before. I was amazed at how good it looked when they were done! Based on last week's experience, I will be using Eclipse again for all future carpet cleaning.

Ed called me as soon as I accepted the Eclipse offer on Angie's List for gutter cleaning. We scheduled the work for a few days hence and on that day, Ed called to remind me that Eclipse would be on my property that afternoon. Not only did Eclipse do a good job on the gutters but they were thoughtful and responsive to their customer.

After rectifying a lost estimate left at my house last week, they showed up within the timeframe promised to clean the gutters. Work was performed thouroughly and at a very reasonable price considering that my third fl. gutters are tough to access. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did an excellent job power washing our house siding, fence, and deck. They were punctual, efficient, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I will use them again.

I can't say enough about this company and the owner Eddie. He is top rate. Called me back same day, scheduled the appointment, showed up on time, gave me a realistic estimate for the job and got the job done in under 2hrs. Organic product, hardly a smell and he was super careful to prepare the house for the cleaning job. Covered corners where the hose would rub etc. Best of all the machine was in the truck so all that entered the house was a hose, Eddie and his assistant. He left the finished job with paper covering all walkways, cushions under furniture and protection between the curtains and damp rug. He even did 2 extra area rugs with out me even asking and at no charge. It's no wonder he gets 5 stars! You're done looking this is your guy.

I am completely impressed with the results. The equipment used by Eclipse is far superior to any other company's rug cleaning machines. My family room carpet which is a light tan and has heavy traffic (especially from two black labs) looks as good as new and my multi colored sofa which was extremely dirty (again 2 black labs) is much more vibrant.

Eddie did great work. Professional service. Went above and beyond by bagging leaves on the ground in the backyard unprompted.

Great?..Eddie is the best! He also took one of my carpets from the house with him to clean at his facility.

I give them an A+. Eddie arrived on time and was very professional. I called for estimates from two other places to have my furniture cleaned before I found Eclipse. Eddie's company had the best price by far and I am absolutely am amazed with the results. My furniture looks brand new again! They were very thorough with their cleaning and really took their time to do the job right. They put down paper over my area rugs while they worked and did not leave any mess behind. I am very pleased with the work they did and I'm going to have them come back and clean my gutters next month. I really glad I found this company!!

Arrived a wee bit late but called ahead to explain the delay. Not a problem. Very professional, very friendly. Rugs were cleaned on-site which was excellent because I'm used to sending them out for a week or ten days. I watched as the colors came true again and the dust that had been ground into them disappeared. Moved small furniture to clear the way. Only slight odor in the air which dissipated quickly--no harsh chemicals are used, I think just high-pressure steam with some cleaning agent. Overall, very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Eclipse arrived on time and were extremely polite and friendly and professional. They did an amazing job taking out pee stains (from dogs) that were years old. The carpet looks brand new and smells great.

The owner Eddie himself was the person who performed the work. Great work done. Sofa looks new again. Original appointment was scheduled for 1pm, however they ran late, but called me ahead of time to make sure that 2pm worked for me. Very professional. I would recommend them to all.

No problems, courteous. They also give your roof a look-over while they are up there and let you know if they see any problems.

I asked the provider to take before and after pictures of all the gutters to see how they look. I know the gutters were very full and I don't have a tall ladder. The provider only took a few pictures of the "dirtiest" gutters but not all of them. This is not what I had requested and I was clear in what I had asked. The provider did however come a week or so later to take pictures of the gutters again.

They picked up the carpet, cleaned it and returned it in a very reasonable time period. They removed the carpet from our main floor living room, but we asked them to lay the cleaned carpet in an upstairs bedroom. This required negotiating stairs and a narrow hallway and working with a queen bed in the room. They did the work cheerfully and efficiently. I will definitely use Eclipse again!

Overall, Eclipse was great. They were very accommodating setting up the appointment time and responsive when I called for confirmation. When they were here, they were respectful of my home, kept it clean. Friendly, but not intrusive. They moved furniture, beyond what I would have expected, to clean nearly all sections of carpets in two bedrooms and a large den. When they were done, they placed the furniture on small risers or bits of plastic so the carpet would dry and the furniture would not get wet. The only problem, which Eddie handled with utmost professionalism, was a personal emergency coupled with difficulty locating my address on GPS (which was a surprise) that altered their arrival time. That aside, they were friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a deal on Angie's list for couch and chair cleaning and scotch guard. They are off white and the guys did a great job, even made some progress on some old stains (the couch is 11 years old - things wear!). We'd had the wood floors refinished the week before so the staircase carpet was a complete disaster - but it looks great now! Thanks guys! I should also mention they were very flexible to reschedule at the last minute when I had an unexpected stay in the hospital on the day they were originally scheduled to come by.

They wer very professional and pleasant. I was delighted to get a Saturday appointment. They kept intouch via phone, so I knew approximately when they would arrive. They did a wonderful job - my windows look like they were just installed! Alasure to business with them. I will definitely call them again for either window cleaning or carpet cleaning.

Eclipse is THE BEST! I got to Eddie Barbosa (the owner) at Eclipse thanks to an Angie's List coupon and he returned my voicemail message quickly. We scheduled the carpet cleaning and twice I had to re-schedule but he could NOT have been nicer or more accommodating. When he got here today, he looked at the carpeting on the stairs and said I wouldn't believe how great it would look when he and his assistant finished and he was 100% right. He did a truly FABULOUS job on light-colored stairs carpeting that was left by the previous owner about 7 years ago. He was punctual, efficient, neat and really pleasant. He clearly took pride in the quality of his work and today it's not easy to find people like Eddie; he's responsive, punctual, fair-priced and anxious to please his customer. He also does power washing, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning and gutter cleaning and I will definitely call him when I need any of those things done.
