We have used Penn Toyota for so many years. I can verify at least 30 years. 
Every person I have ever come into contact there has been really thorough, polite, just everything you want them to be.
Maybe you wait a little longer, but other than that everything is just top notch. It is just amazing! It is one you the few businesses that I could actually say that about. That why we all go back!
I have use them continuously through the years, for servicing of cars or purchasing of other vehicles. This current one I have, I basically go every three months.

I would give them top ratings. We've been buying cars from them for so long, and all my friends actually too. It has just been sort of like an ongoing thing for probably 30 years or 25 years at least.  This one was over $1,000, because I had to have something where the wheel connects to the rod that goes across. Something was leaking under there, leaking oil and they had to replace that whole thing. But, that was like my biggest repair I ever had there, my car is a 2009. I actually bought the car as a certified used car from them. They are probably slightly higher than some people, but I feel that you are getting genuine Toyota parts and very highly skilled labor. Maybe you could have it done cheaper, but it doesn't mean you're going to get the quality. So, I was willing to pay for that. Their prices are high. They are so busy that I guess that is why it takes longer and you wait there, you do wait a long time. Their waiting room is so lovely, if you have to stay somewhere, you might as well stay there. It is a dealership and they also have a huge service center. I'm sure they do it as quickly as they can, it’s just that they are shuffling so many cars. It's just a very highly sought place and people just pour to them. They just have a following that's unbelievable. So, they must be doing something right. They are really the place to go.

I dropped the car off on Sunday and was told it would get done that day. I then received a call later that day and was told it would be done on Monday by noon at the latest. I called Monday morning and was told it would be done by the end of the day Monday and I could pay $35 for a loaner car to get to work. On top of that every time I called it seemed like no one knew what was going on or why my car had been dropped off.

Penn did a thorough job in explaining all the features, as well as demonstrating how they worked. Service Dept. is excellent. Negotiation is solely up to you, so get a Edmunds True Value before you walk into any dealer, to purchase a new car. Friendly, not pushy sales people, great variety of used cars as well. No complaints from my wife and myself.

I came in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and complained that my low tire gauge was lit and that the car was pulling to the left. They inspected the car and informed me that my tire was shot and it was NOT safe to drive on. They would not leave the tire on the car. They put on my full size spare tire and got me a new tire. They offered me a loaner car and were so wonderful. I trust them totally.

I take my car in and they do things right the first time. They give me an estimate before hand. They have the mechanic take a look at it and they call me with the price. The price is always very near what they tell me. I am sold on them and I will continue to use them.

I went to the shop and they took my car immediatly but then said the service would take several hours.
I gave them a coupon (provided from their brochure ) for an oil change since they had the car on the lift. They said they couldn't do it at that price because my car took more then 5 quarts of oil but wanted $10 more. Since we have always put in 5 quarts over several years this seemed fishy to me sio I refused the service.
ONE STRIKE
They later came back with a report that I needed new brakes and the rotors machined. Although I knew I would need new pads in the next few months the rotors had been done by my regular mechanic. (I later went to my regular mechanic who checked and said yes I would probobly need to change the pads in another couple thousand miles but the rotars were fine
TWO STRIKES
The I received a report of a quality inspection as I was leaving. It reported that other parts of the van were tested and fine including the horn (which had not worked in 2 months). Some quality inspection
STRIKE 3 - YOUR OUT
The only good thing was the waiting area was comfortable but they asked me to go back and move something in the car and I felt sorry for the mechanics because on a boiling hot day they had no a/c and only a few fans to work in that hot area.
I only hope the recall work was up to snuff

My purchasing experience at Penn Toyota was excellent! They were attentive, responsive and true to their word. The price offered for my trade-in was very fair and the price that I paid for the RAV4 was competitive. Scheduling service is very convenient with their web site. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and am glad that I bought it from Penn!

I purchased a new Prius V from Penn Toyota. The salesman was very nice, but not very well trained in the ins and outs of the car. The negotiation of the price went well--mostly because I had done my homework in advance and gotten competing bids through a service of Consumer Reports. When the papers were signed, I felt pressured by the financial guy to add a long-term repair policy. Dealing with him was not pleasant. I've had a couple of dealings with the service department since purchasing the vehicle, and they have been quite pleasant.

...then I got down on my knees to check the tires that were 10psi below recommended level - and the psi was still 10 below. Came back 2 years later for a recalled part - they had to order it. Never called me back. Came in 6 months later, they gave me this filthy jalopy loaner: see pix
...then called me to come back, recalled part was STILL not replaced - and quot;have to orderand quot; again they said. You'l never see me again.

They did a good job and they are excellent. The supervisor in charge of the service department is really good. I always get a good price. I will use them again.

Penn Toyota is extremely thorough and have a very high reputation. I've been going there for many years and they are steadfast and always available. They have a good website and it's easy to schedule your appointment online. The personnel are extremely helpful and I have nothing but all around good words for them.

You can do everything online. They send you regular notices about what you need to do. They also put stickers in the car. They don't bug you, that's one thing that I like. They don't repeatedly call you. When you get there, they are ready for you. I went at 7:30 in the morning, and I was in and out within an hour. They have a waiting area with a television, fresh coffee, and fresh muffins. Their work has been stellar. I had issues with the car and they replaced the transmission under warranty. I think that if you didn't have an appointment, they would still take you. You could be the 7th in line and they will still get to you within minutes.

After looking around, I found that Penn Toyota was the best. The dealers at Penn Toyota were great. They weren't pushy and that was important to me. They were honest and I would go back there again.

They are pleasant people to deal with and their price was within the ballpark that other places were asking. I do like my car and I really liked the fact that their waiting room was clean. That is something I like in a car dealership. I am glad to report that I had no problems with them at all and I would buy from them all over again if I had to.

Another mechanic told me that there was not a thing wrong with my upper and lower control arms. He said they would never need to be replaced unless I was in an accident. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They try to rip you off. They wanted me to pay nine hundred bucks to do these repairs that were not even necessary. I thought they were horribly dishonest.

This is actually the fourth car I have purchased from there and the last three being Toyota Camry s. I have always had good luck with them and I like that I do not have to haggle with them over price. I did actually use my Costco card, in which they gave me quite the discount on the sticker price.
