Description of Work: It was an emergency call to Tri-State Plumbing about midnight, 10/31 which really made it 11/1. They are listed as a 24/7 emergency service. My call was answered and I was told someone would be coming. An hour later when no one showed I called again. In the meantime my basement was filling with water and I could not turn off the water valve. When I again spoke with the person I was advised that no one could come. Neither the person who answered the phone nor the contact had the professional/personal responsibility, integrity or courtesy to call and tell me there would be a no-show. I had to scramble to find another emergency service plumber. As a result of Tri-County's no show I lost a number of personal possessions and papers. My finished basement now has a mildew problem it never before had for which I will have to find assistance.
