Walter is excellent. He arrived right on time, assessed the job, and was able to finish the same day at a very fair price. He is very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, and did a terrific job restretching my carpets. He cleaned up every last scrap before he finished. I highly recommend him.

Main thing to know is that Walter works really hard to make things turn out right and make them easy and convenient for the customer. He was communicative, candid, and went from quotation to complete in less than 1 week. Very happy with our new floors. He even asked if I wanted a coffee from Starbucks when he was picking one up for him and his helper. Very friendly and accommodating guy.
