After having my bathroom renovated by a non-professional, I hired reunited to fix the disaster I was left with by the first contractor. The workers were exceptional in all areas. From arriving promptly to the clean up at the end of the day. Very professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend Reunited and Derek and Michael were extremely meticulous and easy to work with.

Extremely professional and fast. Finished my bathroom in under the estimated time. Canâ t recommend them highly enough

Artie and Hector did a fantastic job. These guys really know bathrooms. They do hundreds a year. Professional, timely, neat, good communication. Other bidders, part-timers for example, gave us bids at higher priceS. Reunited is a Great value for the money. They addressed all our concerns during the remodel. The bathroom is perfect. All of our concerns of remodeling for our project were brought to ease after sitting with Artie. Having a contractor who places attention to detail is priceless! Professional, respectful and clean work is beyond expectations, would definitely hire again.

Working with Artie and his staff on a complete replacing of a full bath was outstanding. Much attention to detail....flexible scheduling...listening to ideas...very pleasant and cleanup was great. There was an element in the project that was a hidden problem with the floor that came up and Artie was very fair in pricing the additional work. Several years later I had a question and Artie was so pleasant and happy to answer my question. A great Family business that stands by its high quality work and customer service.

Last July, we signed a contract and paid a deposit to perform certain construction work at our home. Reunited failed to perform any of the services agreed upon in the Contract. After more than three months and multiple requests and follow-up, we never received adequate paperwork to pull required NYC Department of Building Permits or submit an Alteration Agreement to our Coop Board to commence work. Furthermore, Reunited allowed the following insurance types to expire with the NYC Department of Buildings: General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Disability indicating they never intended to complete the work in the first place. None of the Contracted Services were ever performed. We have sent multiple formal letters requesting the contract be rescinded and the deposit refunded. We have not heard back from Reunited. As a result, we have filed complaints with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and New York City Better Business Bureau. We have also submitted paperwork to Queens County small claims court to get our deposit back. Save your energy and your money. Find somebody else.

Artie is the contractor and then subcontracts. He did 2 projects for me. 1 my upstairs bathroom, we removed a jet tub and added a stand up shower in its place. The was told the job would start on Monday but it didn't until Thursday. I was a bit worried and wanted to cancel and get my money back but I'm glad I didn't. He put Lewis on the job and it came out perfect. Lewis is a perfectionist, he likes to work buy himself so the job does take a bit longer than usually. Lewis also did my kitchen. Which turned out amazing. He can do any and everything. I would use them again but only with Lewis.

Reunited has done five projects for me since I moved into my house in 2018 and I've been nothing but satisfied, which is why I keep using them. Artie and Steve are always responsive and attentive to my questions, needs, etc. Most recently, they replaced my siding and did it in two days. I couldn't be happier with the results; it's completely changed my house. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. I've referred Reunited out to several people and would highly recommend them.

Hired this team to totally replace my Siding. They did an amazing job. My house looks so professionally done.. Did the job in one day and cleaned up as well

Steven was excellent to work with and on top of things. Every phone call and text was immediately answered. He gave me a time line that he held to and a price that was much better than the competitors. The crew came in and did a full siding job. They attacked the project with 10-12 guys. Every member of the team was polite and hard working. They made sure all the finishings were done properly. Based on this experience, I would go to Reunited again, and as far as recommending them- done deal.
