Very good and reliable people!

Unprofessional. Sloppy work. Almost a year later & project is still not finished. Phone calls & texts have gone unanswered. The quality of works does not justify the price. Would not recommend.

They did an outstanding job and I am very happy with the results. They worked with us throughout the entire project. This was a huge project, which included removing old shower, toilet, sink, tiles and gutting out the room. The installers were very friendly and easy to work with. I worked with Steven from Reunited. I am very happy with the service that I got from the day of the estimate to the day my roof was complete. Steve was very professional and easy to work with. The job was complete in one day and the cleanup was immaculate. I will definitely be using Reunited Home Improvements for future projects on my house!

They need to be a little more proactive with communication.

Very responsive to phone calls. They are easy to reach. The work took a little longer than expected but it was no fault of theirs.

We hired Reunited on the bounce, having just fired our first contractor for repeated delays and a failure to communicate. So it was a relief to find that Artie, the owner of the company, was proactive in reaching out every day of the project to make sure all was going well. His foreman, Carlo, was highly skilled and generous in suggesting fixes to issues that arose along the way. His crew was unfailingly polite and respectful of our property. When a pipe burst in the basement, unrelated to their work, they dropped everything to find the leak and fix it. Reunited's price was around the middle of the quotes we received, but the quality of their work was outstanding. The job was completed on time and on budget. One of the references we called prior to hiring Reunited called Artie "a true gentleman." We agree. Renovation is stressful, so it's enormously helpful to have a contractor you can trust and communicate with. We recommend Reunited without reservation.

Artie is very quick to respond to your texts in the beginning but once he has the job that is no longer the case. He does both interior and exterior work. I first contacted him to do a bathroom/kitchen renovation in my home. Artie's price was far below all of my other bids. My husband and I were tempted to hire him but I preferred to first try him out on some smaller projects. I hired him to do some exterior work in my father's house and he was the least expensive and did well with the siding and gutter work we gave him to do which is why I gave him 3 stars because he does good exterior work. However, when it comes to interior work he hires unreliable people who do not show up or call you to tell you that they are not showing up. My husband spent 2 Saturdays waiting for his plumber and was stood up by his worker. Artie wasn't responding that quickly to my husband's calls either. By the third time this happened, we decided to go with someone else. Artie should be as quick to respond to his customers' calls as he is to collect his pay. I prefer to go with someone who will cost me more but in the end is reliable.
