We live in a Co-op in Queens, so there's always some hoops to jump through when you're doing work. The guys at Reunited made the process easy and were flexibile with their scheduling to get the job done timely. The crew that did the bathroom demo were careful with how they took down existing walls and fixtures, kept the dust in the bathroom, and carried it out with minimal impact to the carpet or outside of the bathroom. The remodel crew were on time, respectful, and friendly. It was nice to be able to ask a question and have someone explain to me the answer - i think i learned a little. We alternated between staying home and leaving keys with the crew, and Reunited's guys were respectful of our space. They were also pretty cool with our cats too. They made sure doors stayed closed and things were closed or covered, and the cats didn't freak out and everyone got along. We actually aren't dreading doing more things around the house when it's time to upgrade. I did a lot of research, got a number of estimates, and Reunited Home Improvements were the best price and the relationship with the people makes them someone to go back to.

Very hardworking, courteous, and always on time. They also did trim work, painted the kitchen ceiling, back deck, and front porch. I was very pleased with their work.

Hector and Francisco did a great job they were very professional, trustworthy and neat. Cleaned up well at end of the work day. Very happy with tile work. Artie was very personable and professional. Artie always responded to my texts or calls and completed everything that was promised. I would definitely call Artie and reunited for my next home improvement project

June 2019: I have worked with Artie for several years, and he and his team do beautiful work. The y did a great job on the siding and his team have painted every room in my home. Last week Chris did a beautiful paint job and he is always very neat. I come back to them every time because the work is excellent and the crew is so professional.

BEWARE!!! The owners Steven and Artie are money hungry bullies. They contracted our repairs with us and agreed on a price. The insurance company paid them and once they got their money.. they literally stopped buying materials and working. They sent guys from the Bronx who arrived between 10-11am and would leave from 3-4:30pm.. when they actually showed up. The men would come and have no materials to work with because the owners wouldn't buy the necessary materials for the repairs. They threatened my husband and I for more money and when we said no.. they stopped working. Our home is in complete disarray and has at least half of the job that still needs to be completed. The work that they did do has to be redone because it was so poorly done. The estimated cost to finish all the work they didn't complete is astronomical.. they left garbage and debris all over and outside of my house. My young children are here living through this disaster since January. The insurance gave them the check and they started 4/24/19.. it is now 6/20/19 and there are holes in my roof with water coming in from the rain. The work will take another estimated 3-4 weeks from now ... when they promised a completion date of 5/25/19. People like these are criminals and shouldn't be in business!! DO NOT HIRE!!

Truly magnificent dealings with Reunited Home Improvements. Everybody from the owners down to the workers was terrific at what they did and very responsive at all times.

The job took longer than expected due to things having to be redone many times due to poor workmanship. The project manager was not really hands on with the work being done.

We met with Mike who listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us things we did not want. Reunited was the middle priced estimate but we picked them because of Mike. He kept in touch with us throughout the process and called proactively when there was an issue. (He expected our shutters on one day but called to tell me they wouldn t be delivered until the next day). Mike or his nephew (or both) came on site each day. The work crew was very good but could have cleaned up better after the first day. They did do a very good clean up at the end of the job. We had our whole house resided with shutters and a door surround and also had a picture window installed. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the responsiveness to our questions, concerns, and punch list items. We recommend them and will use them again in the future when we have a project.

ARTIE SENT OVER A CREW OF TWO GENTLEMAN, HECTOR AND FRANSISCO WHO WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN ASKED ABOUT RECOMMENDATIONS. I WAS QUOTED ABOUT 2 WEEKS FOR THE ENTIRE JOB. BUT IT ONLY TO 7 WORK DAYS TO COMPLETE A FULL GUT AND COMPLETE BATHROOM RENOVATION. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. ARTIE RECOMMENDED A TILE COMPANY AND I RECEIVED A NICE DISCOUNT PLUS THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING GORGEOUS TILE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY WERE TRULY GREAT TO WORK WITH. THANKS ARTIE!!!!!!!

THEY DID MY HOUSE SIDING WALLS, THE WORK IS SUPERIOR IN QUALITY AND TIMING. IT'S AN EXCELENTE SERVICE. I RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WHOM WANTS REVOLUTION THEIR HOUSE.

They did my bathroom and ended up working on the kitchen and basement and installing new carpeting. We had water damage in the rooms from frozen pipes and hired them to do the bathroom initially. The work was superior in quality and so hired them to do the balance of the work as well. They finished the job ahead of schedule and the workmanship was superior. As I was not staying at the house during the repair, the communication with them was excellent and Artie kept me apprised of the progress throughout the entire project. There was a dedicated crew assigned to my project and they showed up every day until the job was completed. I would highly recommend them.
