Everything has been taken care of and I am quite satisfied with the work.

The worst part is there is no communication what so ever.

Only time will tell how reliable this remodel will be and any followup problem resolutions. The work it self was very attractive and the workers were very helpful and they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

Reunited Home Improvement was wonderful. I had spoken to several home improvement companies before I had an opportunity to speak with Reunited. The thing that set them apart from the others was their ability to make you feel comfortable and inclusive in the process. Since home improvement is not my area of expertises Reunited provided the information in a way that I could understand. They gave me a timeline of 9 to 10 days but actually completed the job in 7 days.Artie Belcastro owner and his contractor Hector Garay were phenomenal, and very professional. I was dreading this experience only because I've heard many horror stories but thanks to Reunited Home Improvement, it was a great experience. Our new bathroom is beautiful.

This is the second review for RHI - my last one was 06/19/18 when they had done the downstairs bathroom. This second project involved the upstairs ensuite bathroom and another perfect job. Tile seems/installation was perfect, intelligent sloping of the shower floor to facilitate rapid drainage, excellent forecasting of position as well as installation of the fixtures and finishes, wiring was professionally done and diligent clean up. We purchased a 3 way diverter for two shower heads requiring some intricate plumbing and it was timely and professionally done. I will admit the crew first stated they would start Monday and started Wednesday - that sometimes happens in contracting. Artie is the general and he subcontracts which we were and are comfortable with. Artie sets time vital deadlines for partial remittance of fees and at length, he has a crew to pay. I am not related to Artie - acknowledge the other reviews, have been burned by other contractors on other projects which makes the superlative result all the more welcome. Why say, "...I would use him again without hesitation..." when I have all ready done so.

Artie is a gentlemen. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Quality bath remodel. They showed up on time each day and the job was completed quickly. Excellent communications. Very satisfied. I would recommend Reunited Home Improvement.

I renovate two bathrooms through them. Finished one week before the deadline date. Excellent quality of work and they clean up well after the work is done.

The construction employee they sent over was fantastic. They did a great job, there was no mess and everything was perfect.

One man was assigned the complete job which involved plumbing, cementing, tiling and more. He had no expertise in plumbing and made many mistakes. The contractor almost never answered his phone or showed up. After paying them ½ of the total fee I dismissed them and had to start the job over almost from the beginning, with hundreds of dollars of new costs. It would be a big mistake to hire this company.

They identified the job to go for 10 days or more. The job was completed in 6., and the quality of the work was superior.

Artie is a professional, honest, reliable contractor. He was available to answer all our questions thru out the entire project. They worked within our budget and created a beautiful bathroom as promised. Hector did our tile, I gave him a picture of how I wanted it to look he did an awesome job! The entire crew was courteous, prompt, and very neat workers. The project as completed on time. Looking forward to working with them again. Thank you, Artie

Artie worked with my budget and did not try to "upsell" any services or products. Upon completion of my kitchen reno I was so pleased that I added apartment painting to the job. Artie was terrific to work with and I recommend Reunited Home Improvement for the quality of the services at a price I could afford.

We signed a contract with Artie for a bathroom remodel. He was consistently available to answer questions and concerns before, during and after the bathroom renovation. Artie did everything he said he would do. His workers were thorough and conscientious. They completed the work in the time that was projected. We were very pleased and would use them again for other projects

I dealt with Artie the owner of the company directly. He is very professional and always returned my phone calls. The work was done neatly and quickly. I would highly recommended them for any future work you may be planning to do.

I have used this contractor for two projects to date. One was a complete bathroom gut and remodel, and one was a tile ceiling removal with drywall replacement. The work is done on time and is of high quality. Artie is very responsive, personable, and checks in regularly to get updates on progress; also doing a thorough walk-through at job completion. His flexibility is much appreciated. I would highly recommend him (and have given his name to anyone needing work done).
