Description of Work: I had my entire house painted this summer and Precision was right on the ball throughout the entire job. They came when they said, the price was great and they did an excellent clean job. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: PPP recently painted the exterior of our home (and wood walkways and decks) as well as one interior room. They were very quick to set up the initial appointment and to provide a quote, and the project manager was personable, but in the end we have a lukewarm feeling about the company and the service they provide. The exterior painters were professional and did good work, but there were a number of hiccups (e.g., paint did not arrive (I was the one putting them on alert and eventually going myself to buy paint for one part of the project); there were a few areas where they discovered rotted boards but failed to alert us (they just painted over them); there was very little communication from the project manager (I felt I was the one taking the initiative to confirm the scheduling, etc., etc.). The (one) painter who was assigned to the interior painting seemed very inexperienced and "thrown off" by things like the high ceiling (he showed up without the needed ladder); he washed his brushes in my kitchen sink (yikes; without asking, of course) and threw a bucket of watery paint off my front porch over my flower garden (again: yikes!). They charge a fairly high price, and when all is said and done I am not sure they are 100% worth it. That said, the finished product/painting was of acceptable quality. And the workmen were very pleasant.

Description of Work: Jason and the guys at precision painting were awesome! They did exactly what I asked and I even felt comfortable leaving them in the house alone. I give them an A+++ because they did a beautiful job and were so accommodating, they worked around my schedule. Thanks again guys!

Description of Work: Removed paneling, refinished damaged walls, installed crown molding and repainted. Final results of molding and painting were excellent. There were some issues: |1. Plastic baseboard cover requested and added to contract was not provided. A metal cover was installed, without end caps and 20 inches too short. I had to remove it, purchase and install the requested plastic cover. |2. Several dead spots in back yard lawn (new sod) where paint trays, brushes, etc. were washed out. Yard has dirt dog run on 2 sides and gravel on a 3rd side but they used lawn to clean equipment!!! |3. Cabinets were removed to paint laundry room wall and re-hung, but not level. |4. Laundry room sink disconnected for painting but water supply lines not reconnected. |5. Hall lights scheduled for replacement were remounted after wall repair and painted around. This required the area under lights to be sanded and repainted before new lights could be installed. |6. Due to unanticipated wall condition after paneling removal and other additional expenses, the price was more than double the original estimate.

Description of Work: The painter came to my house to see the room. I asked him to give me an estimate for some additional painting. He said he would email me the estimate. We arranged for the work to be done the last week in June (more than 5 weeks from that day). I never received the estimate, and I didn't receive a phone call as the weeks went by. Finally I called him the Thursday before work was to start. He said he couldn't tell me what day, he only sees the schedule on Saturdays, and he'd call me then. He said it might not even be the next week---it depended on jobs they were doing. I reminded him about the estimate. He said, "Oh yeah, I'll email it to you. He never did. In any case, he didn't call me on Saturday either. I planned this work over 5 weeks in advance and was treated like my business meant nothing.

Description of Work: Leonardo arrived at 8:30 am, I showed him what needed to be painted, and he got to work.He primed and painted the ceiling,the walls,the closet and the heating panels.At lunch he asked to use the microwave, I said he could.After lunch he started painting again.He came down and said 1 of the cans of paint I bought should be returned,it was a base that colors are added to make paint or primer.I then game him other ceiling paint I had for him to use.At 4:30 he came down and said he was done so I went up to see the room,it looked so much better, I was very happy.

Description of Work: Bedroom and bathroom. They neglected to use drop cloths in the bathroom do I had to get a razor blade to scrape the sink and toilet. If you keep an eye on them, everything will be fine.

Description of Work: For the most part, they were very good. However, certain members of their crew lacked attention to detail and cleanliness. Additionally, rather than remove outlet plates/switch covers, or ask us how we wanted to handle things like doorknobs that were covering surfaces, they simply painted around them, which was not noticed until later. There are also paint drips all over the place (including on furniture), none of which were cleaned up. The crew chief and business managers and most of the crew were wonderful - but a few people ruined it for them.

Description of Work: Painted stairwell, living room and upper hall. Job was done OK but they spilled some paint on our carpets.
