Precision Painting Plus of Long Island

It went excellent. Jason was polite and pleasant. His painter Lindo was punctual, polite and did an excellent job. I plan on using them in the future for other painting jobs. It could not have been a better experience.

Owners John and Jason came to the house were very professional and explained how it would go. Contracts were set up on base price not including paint which the guys picked up from the store after giving them the colors. They told me approximately 3-4 days and they were done in 21/2. Punctual, extremely neat and very friendly. Already recommended them to friends of ours.

Alex came to give me an estimate. He was courteous and extremely direct. Confident is a word I would use to describe him. He knew the business and advised on style and types of paint. The crew was clean, organized and extremely courteous. There were no issues that they didn't handle with precision and a smile. Having had bad experiences with other painters in the past, it was an extreme PLEASURE doing business with Precision Painting Plus. I will recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future.

We were closing on a house, so we needed to line up the painters and flooring guys so that we could move into a new (to us anyway) house. Mike came by, and was really professional with the sales pitch. He enters all the measurements into his salesforce account on his ipad, and then sends you the estmate right away by pdf. I had 3 other painters give estimate and do all sorts of things measuring the rooms (one guy eyeballed, another started walking around the room with his feet, trying to count the steps), Mike as the true professional he is took a electronic laser measure, and took accurate measurements and sent me his quote right away. BTW Mikes estimate was in the middle of all the estimates, but on the lower side (never go to the lowest bid though). I had to continuously delay, because we had all sorts of issues going to closing (CO's, inspections, sandy), Mike the consumate professional he was rescheduled countless times. As soon as we had a closing date, Mike had his crew setup to start the day after the closing. Mike was great. But the Job got handed over to Alex (who also happens to be Mikes brother) to over see the project. I had to go to work, so I was unable to watch the workers setup, and paint (this was an empty house). Holy moly, never let contractors work in your house, when your not able to supervise directly. The painting was sloppy with missed spots, sloppy coverage, rough spots left on the walls, etc. Wife was very unhappy with alot of he workmanship during. I realize after the fact that they used different kinds of ceiling paint, which caused color problems later during the touchups on the ceiling. To be fair, I did come in the evening to inspect the work as it was being done, and Alex and his guys did respond to fixing their mistakes. The floors that got done were absolutely gorgeous. However in a small office room, there are lap marks on the floor from the staining. Since the rooms small, and I don't want to redo the floors again I let it slide. However overall the floors are gorgeous everywhere else. During the final walk through we did find a ton of issues. Alex was prompt with getting everything corrected. I was not entirely happy with the small spray from the paint that inevitably happens during touchups. Alex was very accomodating to my requests, and his crew was punctual. Finally Alex sent Jose from one of his crew, to make all the final fixes, and touchups. Jose came early in the morning, and left late in the afternoon making sure all my requests were taken care of. He was very good and meticulous. In terms of payment, Alex was very flexible, he also did a little bit more work that in the original estimate which I was appreciative for. There were a lot of issues once the wallpaper came off, and carpet removed (issues that werent seen in the original estimate). Overall I think you get what you pay for. Was the work by precision perfect? no, but in all fairness it was good for what we paid. I could've paid alot more for a marginal increase in quality, or paid a whole lot less, for bad quality. So all in all I'm appreciative, and happy with what I paid, and the final result.

The job went very well, Lindro was the painter asigned to our job, he was neat, friendly and on time. He did a very good job on our kitchen ceiling. I received an email from Jason@ Precsion Painting when Lindro was done and they wanted to know if I was happy with the work. Yes, they did a very neat and professional interior painting job! Overall, I am very happy I chose Precision Painting.

They did an amazing job from start to finish. They were able to schedule the work and get it done for us before Christmas and the quality and professionalism of the painter they sent was amazing! We would absolutely recommend them to our friends as well as use them again.

Very well. Company was prompt, professional and efficient. They sent two painters and a project manager to make sure everything was done correctly. They did a great job overall.

Dave was very professional from the start. Spoke by phone about the job and he sent a reliable worker who showed up when scheduled and did a nice job. He explained each step to me and made some adjustments after some concerns/questions. We used Dave for work on a family members home post-Hurricane Sandy and would highly recommend him going forward

Any spots that they missed were quickly and professionally fixed. Spackling around lightswitches was particularly difficult, but they did it all perfectly and neatly.

Mario arrived on schedule and was very friendly and cooperative. He first made sure that everything was ready to be painted. He then painted the family room. It came out great!

They were very good and reasonable and I would give them an A on everything. We had to put the project on hold because of the storm. We had some things we had to take care outside of the home, so did not have the funds. We do plan to use them in the spring however.

This was the first time we've used a painting company as opposed to an individual. Due to positive reviews on Angies list we decided to get an estimate from Precision Painting after someone we had used in the past came in with a high estimate for the work to be done. The person providing the estimate set up a convenient time to review the job, was pleasant and professional, and sent by e-mail a very reasonable estimate the following day, explaining that the scheduler would give us a call to arrange a date. We had the date set for the week of Hurricane Sandy and were without power for 2 weeks. Our kitchen project was on hold, as was the painting job. They were very flexible about setting up a new date even though it was short notice. The painter was neat and professional, and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with this company and will use them again for future painting jobs.

You get what you pay for, they were a bit high in price, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! Jason, the person who quoted the job, was responsive and made sure everything was done right. The workers themselves were great, on time and they seemed to really care HOW THE JOB WAS DONE! I would have NO PROBLEM WITH RECOMMENDING THEM!

Precision Painting Plus responded quickly to my inquiries. I would consider them for work in the future.

alex , mike and crew were great. they arrived on time, cleaned up when finished. they primed and put 2 coats of paint on NEW dry wall throughout house except kitchen. the quality of work was excellent. the crew finished in 2 days a promised. there were a couple of things that i wanted done and they were happy to fix them as i liked. the one thing that i was unhappy with was that when they gave me the estimate he told me 1200 . he said he would email me the estimate which he did but i couldnt get me emails that week. my computer was in basement with all the construction going on. when they came the day of the work to be done it said 1500. after reading the emails after they were done , the emails did say 1500. however he DID say 1200. no big deal. they work they did was great. i just wish they would give you a written estimate right there. all in all i would use them again.

They were very good priced. They were friendly and prompt. I would use them again.

I usually HATE to deal with any kind of construction, painting, contractors, etc. They are either always late or don't show up altogether. Precision Painting Plus was like a breath of fresh air! From start to finish, company was wonderful to work with, organized, always got back to me immediately, arrived on time, did an exceptional painting job...not one complaint at all!! They even helped me pick out the perfect color blue for my room!!

The crew arrived at 9am just as we were told. They did a great job patching any needed areas. They confirmed which colors were for the bedroom, hallway and ceilings and trim. They also confirmed the that the walls were eggshell and ceilings flat. All of our furniture were covered as well as the floors. They stayed until 7pm and came back the next morning to finish all the trim. All of the furniture were returned to where the were when they started. They gave the area a through vacuum and did a great job of cleaning up and removing all the garbage. We were extremely pleased and would definitley use them again.

I was moving in 2 weeks and had to find a painter last minute. Most of the painters I spoke with were unable to accommodate last minute. Precision said they can come 3 days later. The whole job only took them 2 days. They even went out and bought the paint for me - I paid on the furnished receipt. Precision gave me a package price instead of "nickel and diming" me for every aspect of the job (another painter wanted to charge me extra to spackle and prime the walls)

Great company. Jason called me immediately after i ordered the big deal. He came over to look at the rooms i wanted painted and set my expectations about what could be accomplished in the time frame i had alloted. The company gave me a date to do the job which was just what i was looking for. Jason showed up with the painter, who was not only very good at his job, but had great advice with colors. The job was done well and on time. I will definitely use this company again for future painting projects.

The service and communication was outstanding. Jason attended to every detail large and small. Having been in the design business they were one of the most professional companies I have used. I look forward to using them again and would recommend them to friends and clients.

Very impressed with Precision Painters from start to finish. They arrived promptly for the in-house consultation. They listened carefully to what we wanted to do and why we wanted to do it. They were flexible with their schedules and patient with us (we were trying to manage a baby while walking through the projects). They were transparent about pricing - labor + materials, and they said at that point they would share receipts. On the day of the project, a project manager came with the painters. He re-reviewed all of the projects we wanted to complete, with care. During the day, he came by multiple times, spending a good amount of checking in on the quality of work and that his team knew what to do next. The quality of the work was excellent - they took the time to carefully prime the whole area, they filled in nail holes with wood filler, and they did 2 coats where needed. Precision Painting walked me through the receipts for items - not charging me for materials they didn't end up using or materials they used in limited fashion and that were able to be re-used for other jobs. I would gladly hire Precision Painting again.
