Mike came for a free estimate. We walked through every room and talked about what I wanted to be done.I received a detailed estimate via email and then scheduled a date for the actual painting. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish.Alex was there every day to oversee the work and field any questions. Precision Painting Plus Inc had a reasonable price and they did an excellent job. They did everything correctly, I have a rather large driveway with paving stone on it and shrubbery around the house and they took care to cover that and to be careful with what they painted. They did everything that they said they would do on their contract and more. The two brothers that owned the company, did everything that they could do and they completed the entire job with a USD 100 deposit.My wife and I are not easy people to deal with and we were happy with their work. We are calling them again to paint the inside of our house. I have recommended them to my daughter and son.

Have you ever heard the adage you get what you pay for? It applies here. They did a decent job for the money we paid. The painters came in and patched the drywall in the kitchen ceiling (this was a large 2-3 sheet area) and then they finished the mudding in the bathroom, a job I had already started but ran out of time to finish. They took 1 day for what in my opinion was a 2 day job. The ceiling could use another coat of paint, the bathroom has a few spots that needed more sanding and to top it all of they broke my shower knob then tried to hide it. Part cost me $30.00 and two days to get. I would have told all of this to Precision Paint had they bothered to call and inquire about the job they had done, but they didn't so here it is. If they want to come fix these issues I will update my posting.

I bought a $200 coupon from Angieslist and use it for the power wash of the exterior of my home and drive way. Jason was in charge of scheduling. He is very approachable. They came in on time and did an excellent job. I wasn't even present during that time. Great experience!

My expectations were fully met. All the work was done in a professional manner. Precision's employee was extremely courteous and professional in his manner. All debris was removed and the work areas were left a clean condition.

We had the pleasure of working with Jason on the painting and minor plastering of the interior of our home and can highly recommend Precision Painting without hesitation. Throughout the course of the painting the two men who performed the work were consummate professionals. Our job was done with care and the workers were meticulous. In addition they never left our home in disarray, made sure to vacuumed each day and took special care to prevent any of the dust from the sanding from trailing throughout our home. It was a delight working with them. If you are looking for a great, reliable contractor, look no further. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Precision Painting could not have been more professional. We needed them at very short notice for a rather large job, and they delivered. We needed large areas of our house painted/ touched up for selling, ready for photos in a week. Precision Painting rearranged a few things and fit us in, and everything was done well and on schedule. The price was reasonable (this was four full days of work with a team of painters), and everything was carefully done. The very few times we noticed anything they'd missed - or that was in the grey area - they took care of it immediately. No nickel-and-diming here. The crew was clean, careful of the house and a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the owner who gave us the estimates on work and the crew that did the work. We will have them back to do more in our house for sure. They did a neat/precise job and cleaned up everything before they left.

after some missed communications, the job was performed well and finished early. Clean-up was great and woul recommend this painter.

I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal that covered spackling and painting the ceiling in the kitchen. The second job was a big job. It was a 3 day job. It was a huge ceiling on an angle. The owner was right on top of it and he was very attentive to detail. He took the time to make sure he knew what the job was before he started. They were extremely professional. They moved furniture. They did above and beyond. There were a couple of tiny things, but not really. I would absolutely use them again.

I purchased a coupon for 8 hours painting for $199.00. I was given an estimate for the work with the understanding that paint was not included.I purchased all the wall paint. All other necessary paint was included in the final cost of approximately $1,000. I considered the cost for this service to be fair. The two gentlemen who worked in my home were accommodating.

Pricing - Michael arrived on time and spent half an hour reviewing the apartment. He sent a proposal the next day. Work - the team arrived on time, carefully prepared the apartment for painting. They fixed the walls where necessary and were diligent about their work.

I found this company on Angie's List and thought their offer of $320 for 8 hours was too good to be true. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Christian arrived promptly, and even called before hand to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and felt he could get my work done in a day or two. I purchased the deal through Angie's List, and called to schedule the work for the following week. I supplied the paint, they did everything else. He arrived at 9 am, left at 6 pm, so he stayed for 9 hours and didn't charge us any extra. He worked non-stop all day. I was amazed at how much he accomplished in such a short period of time. He was very careful about using drop cloths and was very good about cleaning up. And a pleasure to have around. He finished everything and then some. I have already recommended him to my mother and my bookkeeper. Christian, you are awesome!!!

It was perfect. We called another Precision Painting company and they were nice enough to tell us to call the other one because we were in their territory. It seems that they work well together. I liked that they were fair with their estimate and that they were on time for the initial meeting to view the space. It was easy to schedule with them and the guy showed up on time. He worked and did everything from start to finish in a full day. It was nice because it's a kitchen and we use it all the time. It was also nice to have someone come in and get it all done in one day. The sales person that came and met with us was great. We had one worker that came and you could just tell by the way he worked that he was definitely a professional. This was not his first time painting and he sheetrocked everything. He made patches, painted the ceiling, and was done. We had gotten other prices and I thought that they were fair.

Alex Zilberman and his crew painted my condo prior to my moving in. He handled the estimate very professionally and they did a great job painting. I would definitely recommend them.

It was fine. I have used them before for more painting jobs so when I saw that at least I felt more comfortable knowing I would use them. They sent a different painter this time and the guy was pretty good.They could maybe improve a little bit on communication because initially, it was scheduled for three weeks earlier but there was a snowstorm. He communicated with me but then there was no real follow-up from the main company. Otherwise, it was okay. He just did a good job of making sure to put drop cloths and try not to get paint everywhere. And, he took his shoes off which is a plus.

Precision Painting Plus called to set up the appointment. Date was confirmed. Precision Plus employee (Floreshino) showed up on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. Floreshino was polite, and extremely neat - clean up completed as if he was never there and plaster is an extremely messy undertaking! Excellent service. I would recommend Precision Painting Plus.

The quality of their services was excellent. I was never dissapointed and their pricing was reasonable. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They did a terrific, first rate job. I used them for a total of 7 months. Jason, my main point of contact was excellent.
