They were professional. The pricing was reasonable. They came when they said they were going to come. They cleaned up after themselves. A supervisor monitored their work. I had a problem in that I had also contracted with them to paint the ceiling of my basement. They painted the walls and the ceiling. I wanted the ceiling in white, which meant that they would have had to have made a straight line so that it would have been straight, and they wanted to charge me extra for that and he wanted to charge me extra for painting the handrail. I was upset by the fact that they wanted to charge me extra for those. The quality was good. It was that they asked more money for stuff that I felt should have been included in the project.

The service worked out well. They painted my portico which I had just had done by a contractor. I also had them paint my chimney.

I called on monday to see if they can do the job before the following monday, which I was having family over for the holidays. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and promptly arrived with a big crew at 8:30 am as specified. The crew was very professional and got the job done fast. They finished in 2 days even though they said it would take 3. The molding is beautiful and the painting is perfect. It is hard to believe they got all the work done in 2 days. They came with sheets to cover the floors, furniture and bed and left everything very clean and in order. I forgot to ask them to quote me to put moldings in the powder room and they said they would do it if they had leftover moldings. They ended up throwing that in and did not ask me for a penny more. GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE, AMAZING QUALITY - I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN. now I need an excuse to paint something....

This is the second time I've used them. They've done great work and I have recommended them to family. They were on time, reliable, professional, and reasonable priced. They do great work!!!

They didn't respond quickly enough. And he had given me an estimate before I purchased the big deal and I don't think it's going to work out. I just feel like he doesn't want to deal with the big deal.

Decent job when completed but after several months, I started noticing several large cracks beginning to develop. A representative came to take a look and said it was problem and that it will be repaired as soon as possible. I've made several attempts to get them to fix the ceiling and but they kept telling me the same story "we'll try to get you scheduled as soon as possible"

It went very well, everyone was very professional, neat and clean. They covered furniture and other areas in order to protect them from paint splatter cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their work and price.

Estimator was professional, courteous, and arrived exactly on time, as were the workers. The work was perfomed by two workers, with management at the beginning and completion of the job. The work went as described, the walls were completely cleaned, and all holes, including a relatively large one, were repaired. The floors were covered and all debris was removed.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They were fabulous. They did a great job. They were on time. They didn't call me for directions, which is really a waste of my time given that we all have GPS. The guy was intelligent. He spoke English, and he was very quick. He did absolutely everything himself. He draped it. He brought his own drop cloth. He brought all his supplies, and he cleaned up afterwards.

It went very well. They were punctual, professional, and very clean in the work they did. I would recommend their services.

It went extremely well. They were so good that I had them come back and do a second job in two other rooms. Great job. Fast, clean, responsive and did a great job.

They were good, neat, and clean. They came when they were supposed to and were reliable. I felt the price was high though.

Jason and his team were fantastic. They were punctual and very professional. They did everything they promised for the quoted price and best of all they finished on time (which is worth its weight in gold). They do it all and everything turned out beautiful. I have recommended them a few times to friends and they too have nothing but great things to say about Jason and his crew. There's nothing better than Angie's List when it comes to vetting contractors and workers and this is a classic example of everything coming together perfectly. It was much more then the deal I bought so I was disappointed.Teir work was very good though

Precision Painitng did a great job with both wall painiting and re-finishing of wooden moldings. I am highly satisfied and will get back to them for our exterior painting and other painitng projects in the future. 1. Professional team and organization: From the initial estimation meeting till the final handshake, I felt that I am working with highly professional people. They take what they do very seriously and my discussions with them were highly detail oriented. They know what they are doing. Jason Benbasset (the service partner I worked with) and his team were very courteous. 2. Timeliness: I am a quite busy professional (who is not busy these days anyway) and I did not lose any time unnecessarily due to delayed meetings or the job completion. They completed the job in the time frame they estimated. 3. Price: I made lot of market research and did my homework. Although, price was not the first factor in my choice I strongly believe precision painting provides its services at highly competitive prices. 4. Quality: This was the most important factor in my choice. I am quite happy with the quality of the work done. At the end, we have smooth, nice looking walls where they meet with the ceilings and wooden doors/windows/baseboards with clean sharp edges. No shortcuts. No corner cutting. They did a great job with wood staining and wood finishing. Windows/doors and baseboards along with ceiling crowns look like a nice furniture. They were very happy with my choice of high quality materials. In terms of quality, we were on the same page from A to Z. I am very highly satisfied. 5. Communication: This part was great as well. I was able to reach Jason during the day, very early in the day and late at night. He was communicating with e-mail, phone or text easily. We were getting in touch for clarifications, suggestions and/or questions. For example, I removed baseboards well before they started the job since I did not want to deal with removing paints from them. I hired a separate person, Jim, to install new baseboards. Precision painting coordinated quite well with Jim and the job was done seamlessly. 6. Touch ups: There were very minor touch ups I mentioned during my final payment. Jason was quite repsonsive about them and I strongly believe they will take care of them as well (I wrote the review right after my final payment before they had a chance to take care of those touch ups). When we purchased our house, I was highly nervous about repairs and improvements but the more I work with companies and people like Precision Painting and Jason, more relaxed I feel. I hope they will keep it up and grow their business.

I recommend these guys they were great to work with and they know their trade. Very timely, accessible and easy to communicate with throughout the process from start to finish. They care about their clients and the quality of their work. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

They were great, fast and awesome painters!!

I purchased a package deal from Angie's List for a painter for a day - can't enter the cost of the service because it was offered last fall, and I cannot find a record of the amount in my account records here. Anyway, Jason was a very nice fellow both on the phone and in person, when he came to see the room that needed painting. The only reason why he didn't get straight A's on my rating was because of the communication. I waited for about 4 weeks for a call; then decided to make the initial call myself. He was very nice and apologised; said it was due to a change in procedures with A's List. However, I waited another 4 weeks to hear from him again. By that time, he had gotten his records in line, and offered to paint just before the Christmas season. But I am an old lady with arthritis - it takes me time to prepare and, later, dismantle holiday decorations. It was too late. So, I requested Jan. 22nd for a painting date, and Jason willingly agreed, As we all know, 1/22 we had a snow storm! So, the painting was rescheduled for Sat. 1/25. The painter, Ferancino (or Ferren Cino? not sure of spelling) arrived promptly at 8:30 am with the 2 colors of paint requested. He prepped the walls, did a ton of edging, and painted. Twice (2 coats each wall)! Very polite and friendly young man - a pleasure to deal with. After he finished, he was kind enough to move the heavy furniture back into place for me. I would gladly deal with this company again, even with the communication difficulties, because of the excellent work at a reasonable price.

It was fine. They did good work. There was a little misunderstanding of the prices but it ended up being okay. I knew it was going to be more than $199 because it was a bigger job than that but we’ve worked it out. They come in and they tell you that it can’t be one painter, it has to be two.

Very professional, did a great job would definitely use them again.

They didn't take down two glass frame fixtures that were on the wall they painted the frames that was in my son's room. In may daughters room I found paint specks on the floor. One of the worker accidently painted both side of the door I ask the person in charge can they do the other three doors I told him I will pay the extra since you already paint the one door after talking back and forth he finally agreed, but he just did two out of three doors and they did a very poor job. They left and didn't put back any of the furniture they took out of the two rooms. I'm not impressed with this company at all.
