They started good then as time went on, they started rushing the job that was scheduled for 2 days cause they wanted to finish on the 1st day. There were many mistakes like locks to the windows and vents were put back wrong, there were lumps of plaster, dents not filled on the walls. The worst was when they broke part of my shades and did not bother to inform me. I was very upset at the fact that they would break something and not take responsibility for it and when I told the project manager he had the nerve to tell me that I needed to calm down. I was extremely upset after he said that which I find very disrespectful and then to make things worse he asked to talk to my husband via phone. I know that if he would've been talking to a man he wouldn't have asked to speak to their wife. As a supervisor Alex {last name removed} came at the beginning of the job and not half way or even at the end of the day he just called to "check in" how is that supervising when you are not physically checking the work. It was the worst experience.

PPP's team gave us clear and detailed estimates. Their courteous and friendly crew of four showed up on time, and worked consistently and neatly throughout the day. They completed this job in a single day, and then moved all of our furniture back into place. A perfect job! We will absolutely use PPP of LI again, and recommend them to others.

Overall the painting was completed, but now months later I notice that the ceiling and walls were caulked and has cracked in several areas.

All the work was done and the room looked great.

My paint estimator was Jason and he was excellent. Timing was good and the quality of the work was excellent. I had estimates done last year, but never started the job till recently. Jason was professional and I called him back for that reason.

I purchased a coupon n Angie's List for $349. This coupon gave provided a painter for 8 hours. After I purchased the coupon, Michael called me to schedule a site visit just to give us an idea if 8 hours was enough for the job. Michael also told us to select paint colors, and they could buy the paints, and on the day the painter would come, they would give us a receipt and we can reimburse them for the paints. Alex then called me to schedule the day, which was easy enough. Christian was the painter, and he was very polite, thorough and clean. We are very pleased with the job done. Christian had some extra time and walked around the house doing touch ups on moldings and doors, which was greatly appreciated.

Excellent job. They had 4 to 6 crew members daily to complete a large job in 5 1/2 days. I was impressed.

Excellent, my wife and I could not have been happier. The project manager Mike was very proffessional, honest and punctual, as were the painters. They worked extremely hard for six days straight, they were proffessional, courteous, respectful and neat. Everyone has commented on their work. I would hire Precision Painting Plus again and would recommend them.

Overall it went very smoothly. The new project manager Lucas kept in touch and dropped by regularly. Mike Zilberman who oversaw all aspects of the joy from pricing to completion was knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again.

The work looked great - The issue was that the painter had stained the window grilles while on the window creating heavy polyurethane window boxes when the grilles were removed - After no reply from the company - I paid someone else to correct the problem. Carey from Precision contacted me and gave me a full credit for the additional cost, to be used on the job. A good resolution of a problem.

The project manager, Jason, was very helpful and thorough. He came to provide an estimate and look at the scope of the work. At the start of the job, Jason came to introduce Lindo, the gentleman who did the work, and to review the work with Lindo and me. Lindo was extremely neat, organized and focused. He worked on 2 walls, for 2 days, in the most meticulous way. Lindo cleaned up after himself each night. The walls were left in great condition. I had minimal sanding and touching up to do before I primed the walls. The walls look smooth and finished with the final coats of paint, which I put on myself. I would highly recommend Precision Painting.

Jason and his team listened and answered all questions, we're very knowledgeable and professional. These are the kind of businesses that you want to work with. Couldn't be happier with the work.

so Professional!!!!!! they called right away to set up a estimate, came within that week...... the date of the job to complete they came with a project manager to coordinate the men which is so huge to me.... i never had to speak to their own guys !!!!! very well structured !!!!!! ON TOP OF EVERYTHING it was a small job and they still were able to fit me in their schedule in such a busy season !!!!!! A+++++++

Job included painting , skim coating and crack repairs to existing sheetrock . Workers were courteous and prompt . I prepped the job for them by removing all the recessed lighting , air grills ,receptacles , switches and anything else that might prevent a smooth finished product . Felt the pricing was high even including the so called 20% discount . I always believed you get what you pay for so I was willing to go with it based on their reputation . I usually do most work myself and have a very discerning eye but since the work included a 18 foot cathedral ceiling I passed it on to the pro's .

We should have known right in the beginning when the employee scheduled to wash the house came in a truck with out of state plates, didn't speak any English, and didn't remove the shutters to clean. When I expressed my concerns I got a disparaging email from the project manager telling me how dare I question the best rated paint company. A week later they came to prime and did not use tinted primer as in the contract because the project manager told me tinting would decrease the efficacy of the product(?) The workers were all nice people but none of them spoke English and one of them didn't look older than 12 or 13. They proceeded to put oil primer right over all of the old black mold on the cedar. We questioned this and were told again to let the professionals do their job. They then put the solid stain over the primer and before they even got to the second coat the black started seeping through. They got oil primer all over my patios and screens and every week the black on the shingles gets more prominent. I spoke to Benjamin Moore the paint manufacturer and they told me the primer should not have been applied over black shingles. It needed to be cleaned and all black mold removed before priming especially with oil. It is clearly written on the product sheet for the primer used. The oil primer locks in the mold promoting growth and the only way to fix it is to strip it down. They made such a mess painting can you imagine the damage they would incurr stripping? My calls to customer service were fielded to Alex Z who presented himself as one of the owners of the company. He asked the abbott representative to come out. The Abbott representative saw the problems, and was willing to supply product to try to cover the black up. Unfortunately, any trapped mold would only be addressed by stripping and cleaning. We had several companies come to look at this. None of them would give any guarantee unless it was stripped. That will cost 19 to 20 thousand in labor alone. We have made PPP aware of all that is going on, asked for a refund and compensation to undo the damage they caused. No reply yet. Beware. We never knew how much damage could be done with a paint job. Very well thanks to Jason Vekas. He was the project manager and took care of every detail from start to finish. Very friendly and professional. The painter, Lando, did a great job.

Not good......it took over 1.5 weeks to get someone and then I was aghast with the "estimate" which was ridiculously high! The total estimate was $8,586 to paint the exterior of our home. Also note on the estimate they stated the condition of our existing exterior surface was "slightly deteriorated" meaning it's in relatively good shape. They also described our paint job as "standard" and the exterior dimensions as "Length 0, Width 0, height 0" with an "average" rating for set up. Basically nothing about our job was abnormal compared to other homes. We did NOT get the work done and promptly obtained a refund of the"coupon discount" we purchased through Angie's List. We are now calling other painting companies to have the work done.

Painted entire 1800 square foot home plus ceiling. 3 br, 2 bath, hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, and den. Wallpaper removal to 4 rooms plus hallway. Skim coating to den. Floor molding installation to part of one room. We had flooring restoration in progress and the team were very accommodating to our schedule. Mike the owner and another Mike our project Mgr were very professional. I was in touch with our project manager in all hours of the day (texting with any questions or concerns) there were 3 crew members so respectful of our home and clean. Not a drop of pain anywhere. I think we paid prop a little over what others may charge by a hair of a percentage, but WELL worth NOT having to deal with a bad company or poor quality work. You get what you pay for and we now have a beautiful home. We will be hiring them next year when we paint the exterior of our house. Thank you guys!

The painters were punctual and very professional. The paint job was excellent, and we're very satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

Not so well. The first sign of trouble was when the color consultant had to reschedule our appointment. Next onto to painting itself. We contracted this company to do minor repairs, prep work and painting of the front of our home. The only prep work that I saw them do was the power washing. After the job was finished, you could tell that no sanding, no filling, no repair work was done. It was as if they rushed through the job. And now when we are trying to work with them to resolve the issue, it again feels like they are trying to squeeze us in and rush through repairs. This is an ongoing situation and hopefully will be resolved to our satisfaction, but as it stands right now I would not recommend this company to anyone. Everyone that we have dealt with has been friendly and professional, but the quality of workmanship is lacking.

A grade A job. The guys were professional & efficient & did a quality job. They moved all furniture without a problem & were meticulous in their work. They were courteous & barely took time to eat. They finished in 2 days!
