Precision Painting Plus of Long Island

I paid for their services through a Big Deal. I tried to contact them many times to schedule the work. They never responded.

The painters finished most of the house in a week. The free color consultant picked nice colors for us. However, there were obvious places to touch up that the painters needed to come back another time. I scheduled the next visit with the project manager, Matthew. On the scheduled date, I waited and waited and no one came. I texted and called Matthew, to which he never responded. A month went by without anyone from Precision Painting contacting me. Then out of the blue a month later, a "scheduler" calls me to finish the touch up. Christian, finally came to touch up one spot, but wasn't very apologetic. It's just unbelievable that such a big "reputable" company could have such bad customer service and not respond to calls. When I looked closely at the work, the painters were sloppy and got paint on the floor near the base moldings even though they put drop cloths, which I had to wipe off all over the house. I don't recommend this company due to the lack of response from them.

Lukas was very professional and answered all my questions. The painters were very good and accommodating. I would have expected excellent/amazing work for the amount being paid but overall the work was done very well.

We recently bought a home and we hired Precision Painting to paint the entire house. We received several quotes from local competitors but we ultimately went with Precision Painting because of how responsive they were right off the bat. Every time I reached out with a question I received a response via email minutes later. During the estimate process, Precision Painting was very honest and detailed about the price and scope of work. I was given a tentative start date and the entire crew showed up that day and on time. Throughout the project the crew was happy to answer all questions and guide us through what they were doing. They went at it all day working very hard with an eye for detail. A manager emailed us to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. In all, the entire project took about 3 days. They were very quick and worked really hard to get the job done efficiently but with high quality. I highly recommend Precision Painting because their excellent work ethic, transparency and customer service. I trusted them with my home and they pulled through big. The house looks beautiful and most important, it turned to be an excellent investment. Great experience!

The quality of the work done was above average. My problems had more to do with the 100 % satisfaction they guarantee; while I was told they would do the doors to each bedroom they only did the inside of each door leaving the outside undone. The program manager arrived for the final payment without a bill in hand and took a check from my wife. He did send a bill later at my request with out it being broken down beyond labor and materials. When I questioned this he said it has been ok with his clients. I feel that there should be transparency in all transactions so there are no questions.

The entire experience was great. I recommend Precision Painting to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work.

Perfect! Scheduling was arranged ahead of time. Arrived this morning on time. Materials delivered. Meticulous work and attention to detail. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Would absolutely use again for future projects.

Great service! They offered suggestions on types of paint (since I only knew what color I wanted), showed up on time, and cleaned everything up before they left. The only thing I wish they had done was ask how it was before they packed up for the day. If there was a place I wanted "touched up" they would have had to unpack everything. But it was not a problem because it looked great!

The salesman, Matt, was punctual on his first appointment for an estimate and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous and professional. the work was performed on schedule and the quality was excellent. the men cleaned up when they left and i'm very happy with the job

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Not one problem. Precision Painting was on time and professional. Job was performed in record time. Would recommend Precision Painting Plus without hesitation.

The job was completed in the projected time of six days in spite of the fact that the painters were unable to come one day because of a blizzard. Michael was the project director and liaison throughout the job, checked out the work on several occasions, and was very easy to reach. He suggested using a neutral color throughout the house so that prospective buyers were not distracted by paint colors they didn't like. The painters worked hard with few breaks, repaired walls and otherwise prepared the surfaces to create a very smooth job. Everything looked neat and clean. They came back after we had our carpeting replaced to touch up, and Michael even threw in a whole house, patio and driveway power wash, which made the siding and concrete surfaces look like new. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a painting.

They were great. They did a good job. They were neat and clean. It looked great when they were done.

The job was rushed and sloppy and a lot of poor blemishes were left behind. When we complained and they came to fix what they messed up, they did an even more rushed fix and even painted things the wrong color. We had to fix their work because we were afraid having them back would cause more problems than it would fix.

Not bad, a little sloppy with paint in places it shouldn't have been and places it should have. But the project manager did have his men redo some areas we were not satisfied with.

It went wonderfully. I had the project reviewed and I was able to get a Saturday appt so I didn't even have to take off work. Dennis was my painter and I couldn't be more pleased with what he did and the quality of the work. The repair is excellent and he finished all work in the 8 hours. Jason came by at the end to inspect the project which was a nice touch. Jason was equally as pleasant and I look forward to using Precision Painting Plus again in the future.

very well. the painters were efficient , professional, accommodating and punctual. the work is beautiful. can't find anything to comment negatively about. Matt was an excellent project manager, communicating our needs to his painters. He was friendly and very accommodating.

Very disappointing! I don't understand how this company is so "excellent" according to Angie. I feel totally ripped off and lied to. The contractors were rude, talking back, not listening to instructions. There is a huge gap between the ratio of what we paid and the outcome of the job. We asked for a perfect job, they claimed they could do for additional cost, it was agreed that the walls would be skim coated, which would consist of a heavy joint compound, the trim and closet oil paint. Instead, they put on a very toxic oil primer on the walls which made the whole house smell for days to come. It is almost a week since completion and the smell of poison is still in the air, in-spite of leaving the window open 24/7 and closing the door. None of this was discussed by the project manager. Waited for the paint to dry, tried to close the terrace door and it does not close, they were supposed to remove the light fixture and paint underneath, instead they took the easy way out and painted around, thus leaving paint stains on the fixture. They were supposed to sand the woodwork, instead they slopped on the paint directly on the existing paint. This made the woodwork bubble in certain places, and after mentioning it to them, they sanded those places leaving it dull and unpainted. They got paint on the carpet in some places, in spite of the fact I warned them several times to cover properly. There was also excessive use of the bathroom, leaving it very dirty. Taking smoking breaks.

Everything went very well! Our project mgr., Lukas was great to work with. He answered all of our concerns, making sure all was done to our liking. The workers did a great job. I would recommend PPP & Lukas to get the job done!

Did not use sealer on floor before putting epoxy down.
