The two women arrived on time, were professional and went right to work. One even helped me carry an item to my car that I was having trouble lifting. She was very understanding of my back issues and offered to help me. That was over and above what I expected. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and I immediately booked another appointment. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The services went very well! The 2 women were prompt, thorough, organized and met the general cleaning needs as well as specific requests I had. I was very pleased with the cleaning and would not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

They did a very thorough job. Two cleaners worked for over 3 hours cleaning. My house looks great! My discount price was $59 for two hours. I purchased two of these for $118. With two cleaners (adding tax and tip) I used up the full $118. For that price, given the state of my house before and after, I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

The ladies didn't like the way my pergo floor came out when they mopped it so they redid it by hand using glass cleaner and it came out great. And my stainless steel sink shines so well it lookbrand new.

This was a $117 big deal purchase. It went okay. It was work on a rental property so it was a little messy with the logistics having cleaning done on a rental property but their service was fine as far as I know. There are three units in the building and I decided I wanted the other unit done and they said I already paid for the deal so I would have to pay extra for that. I said okay. The extra cost was about another $100. I did not actually see the work. I am the landlord so I did not actually see the work. The tenants did so I have to rely on that. They were flexible and although the logistics were difficult I was happy with their flexibility. Perhaps their demeanor could have been a little more cheery. My report from the renters was that they were a little gruff with them. They were nice enough with me on the phone but perhaps were a little gruff with the tenant.

They came quite early without notice. I had asked them to pay the most attention to the bathroom.Bathroom had still had cobwebs, on whole not thoroughly cleaned. Had explained this was very important that the bathroom be immaculate because I was coming home after spinal surgery. They may be much better if you pay full rates . This is an extremely small bathroom and I would think two people in 2 2 hours should've been able to do a much better job. I recommend staying away from the coupon

They did a wonderful job. They were punctual and they were professional. And they really did a great job!

Very well, they cleaners were fast and efficient and made helpful suggestions. They cleaned things I had not noticed and did more than expected! Very thorough and professional! There was one scheduling glitch but they rescheduled a day later so it was no big deal. They didn't leave me in the lurch. Every other time they have been on time and did well.

It went well overall. Three people arrived a few minutes early for an 11am appointment. I walked them through the apartment pointing out specifics that needed to be cleaned. They were polite and professional. The only reservation I had was the bathroom- which was recently remodeled, so there was not much to deal with in the way of grime - was not up to my standards. The floor needed to be re-swept and mopped. Other than that they did good job. The hardwoods were shining when they left.
