The two woman who came to the house were great. They did an incredible job. I was embarrassed at how clean the house when they were done. I didn't realize how dirty it was before. The only issue was that they brought their own vacuum and when they first ran it I think the bag was full because the whole second floor smelled like vacuum dirt/dust. Luckily it was a nice day and we had the windows open the smell dissipated before they left. I think they switched bags when they moved downstairs because the first floor didn't have the same problem.

It went well. I do not think they were here for the whole time but worked hard for the time they did work.

3 girls came this morning and worked quickly and efficiently and my house looks fantastic!!

We used this company twice... once for a deep clean of kitchen and the second time for a whole house clean. The first crew was just OK.... comprised of a lady and her son. She was good and my frig sparkled, but everything else was just average. Certain things were missed (certain cabinets not wiped) in the kitchen and the guy nearly broke my light fixture. He removed the glass to clean it and it fell outta his hands but he THANK GOD caught it mid-air. They were pretty slow moving, too, overall. The second crew was MUCH BETTER. They were professional, quick, and thorough. They were seasoned cleaners, I'm guessing and the first crew wasn't. That being said, I appreciated the price and the ease of booking.

Changed times of appt 3 times before initial cleaning. Then showed up an hour early. Was told they had to reschedule a bunch of appointments but did not notify us of the last change. Floors were done. Bathrooms were half done. Mirrors not touched, windows in living room not done. My wife rushed to leave the house with our two kids (2 and 9 months) because they did not arrive at agreed time. I then got a call that they needed $3.50 for sales tax. I had to be there in 10 minutes to give them 3.50. I arrived 14 minutes later, leaving my work day, and they were gone. I know this was a coupon but not worth the aggravation that went along with it.

They were an hour late. My bathrooms were not well cleaned. The bathroom floors were still dirty and they did not clean our shower doors at all. The hardwood floors were not properly cleaned and the wrong cleaner was used. As a result of this, the floors were very slippery and my children and I fell on the floor. So, I had to re-clean the floors myself to remove the slippery residue. I will definitely NOT be using their cleaning services ever again.

They come when they say their going to. They usually send two, sometimes three people. Last time they had three people here for about an hour. If they had two people sometimes they're here for about an hour and a half. They come in they get to work, and when I come home everything is done. I haven't had any problems. They probably been here four times now, and each times they've done everything I've ask them to do. I haven't had any problem everything is squeaky clean. What is really nice about this service is that the person who I think is the owner, her name is Nellie, she always call, send us a text, or an email or something ahead of time. She's real easy to get to talk to. If you need anything you can ask her questions so she's really available. I've talked to her several times. She would either call or I call her or something about scheduling. She's really available, so I kind of like that too.

I've had them once a month. It's been maybe four times that they've been here.

Cancelled the first appointment due to snow, which was okay. and rescheduled for the following Monday, provider was really late and didn't notify me they were going to be late. I wasn't ready with the dogs and for them to clean. Very disappointing in the service they provided. They took stuff out of the bathroom, which was okay, but didn't put that back. Didn't dust the cabinets or baseboards in the bathroom. Put dog bed on the couch that was full of dog hair, didn't put it back where it was.

The company kept us informed of possible delays. This was in the height of Flu season. One day the company had several employees sick. I was promptly contacted and the date rescheduled. The ladies were very personable, quick and thorough. Kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, Family room, Living Room, 3 bedrooms

It worked out great. They were a little late, because they were short staffed, so they were like an hour and a half late. They did a very good job and it was convenient. I think there was 3 of them, might have been like 2 hours. Workers were great. They’re professional and the quality is what made me give them an “A” overall.

Performance is mostly consistent. I have to provide regular feedback or performance will decline. Never had a cancellation. Melani is very responsive to concerns and suggestions. Doesn't become defensive.

2 people came and accomplished a lot in 2 hours. Actually did every thing we asked them to. And did a very good job

I didn't get the services because of a snow storm the week of Thanksgiving. I understood the first day cancellation and they rescheduled for 3pm the next day. I received a text message that they would not be open that day either and had no appointments for the rest of the week. When I called the owner and told her my kids had gone back to school and the streets were open she said theirs were still closed. That was at 8am and my appointment was at 3 in the afternoon. I won't be using them again. The first time I booked them it was for a move in. The ladies arrived early and I went out to lunch 5 minutes away. I told them I would be back before the movers got there and if not just give me a call I'm 5 minutes away. I got a call from the movers saying they were at the house. When I got home 2 movers were sitting on my porch, the house was open and the cleaners had left without calling me!! Thank goodness it was a move in and the house was empty. But I booked them again because of the price but I will not again. I have them two chances.

Though they we're a half hour late (I was their last job of the day), both women were professional and pleasant and very hard working. Aside from the lateness, these women were excellent and very thorough. Unfortunately I could not use the full two hours I'd planned because I had an appointment; therefore, a few things were left undone. I'd use them again but would try for an early morning appointment.

Arrived on time and cleaned house to our satisfaction. We are considering hiring a regular cleaning service and likely will call the company back.

Very well. Cleaners were late due to car trouble but they called to tell me.

Purchased 6 hours and they sent out 3 people. Next time, I will request 1-2 people. Observed one girl working very hard, another just taking her time and the 3rd barely not doing anything. I truly believe that if the other 2 worked as efficiently as the one, more would of gotten done. I hired them to come back and it was average. Maybe I just got service on a bad day. I think the company is professional and they are careful and courteous. Like I said, the next time I will request no more than 2 at a time. I will use them again and want this review to state that.

The two women arrived on time, were professional and went right to work. One even helped me carry an item to my car that I was having trouble lifting. She was very understanding of my back issues and offered to help me. That was over and above what I expected. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and I immediately booked another appointment. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Could not be happier, they arrived on time, did superior work and were very friendly and easy to work with.
