The 2 cleaners went directly to work but needed a little time beyond the 4 hours included in the big deal I was pleased with the outcome.

Cleaners showed up a little late. Other than that, things went great. I purchased the special $49 for 4 hours of house cleaning. They sent two housekeepers, who were scheduled for 2 hours each. There was a little bit of work to be done at the end of the 2 hours. They stayed over a little at their normal rate of $25/hr. Quality of work was excellent. This was the 2nd time I have used them and would use them again.

The cleaning job completed by this company was not consistent Some weeks were better than others, however for what Melinie charged many things were not completed. I was not sure if the same people cleaned each time.

The company was 35 minutes late, rude when we discussed the topic of timeliness, and left without completing the work because the service provider stated she had to pick up her daughter from school.

Two people came and worked for two hours. They did a deep cleaning of the whole house. The service was good and my wife was satisfied.

Arrived a little late but it was totally acceptable since this was their first time at my home. I arranged for 2 people for 2 hours. I specifically asked that they thoroughly clean the kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. If they had sufficient time, I would prioritize other areas to be cleaned. When they arrived, they indicated they could clean the entire house in 2 hours and they did so. They identified the products they used to make sure they were acceptable. I was totally satisfied with their work and have made arrangements for them to return every other week.

Housecleaners arrived on time, completed the job in the amount of time that was estimated to me and did a very good job. Price was reasonable $25/hour per cleaner. We had two cleaners for 4 hours. I would recommend this company to others.

They do an excellent job with the cleaning and the people who come are very nice, courteous and accommodating. They are good. Housecleaning is a test of people in your home but I’ve really enjoyed having them. They’ve done an excellent job. I’ve already referred them to a couple of people, although, they are not very punctual. They will tend to show up half an hour late but it does say in the contract that they have a right to show up late.

I was not home, but I had neighbor unlock door before they arrived. I left a list of tasks that needed completing. 1 full bathroom and a small 1/2 bathroom- total scrubbing. Mop kitchen floor and clean /dust Mop foyer tiles and wood family room floor Vacuum stairs and hallways Dust main floor living area. They were to be at my home at 2:00 and stay until 4:00 p.m. My son came home around 3:15 p.m. While on my way home from work at 3:25, I noticed the housekeepers passing by. I was about 5 minutes from home. Upon arriving home, a note was left stating; that they arrived earlier than anticipated and was able to complete the chores... I began looking at the areas that were to be cleaned. This is what I found: I noticed that it was still soiled underneath the toilet rims. The perimeter of the kitchen floor did not look clean. There was a piece of toilet paper behind a door, so evidently, that was not swept. The foyer area had spots that were not cleaned. It looked as though they did a quick mop and whatever grime came off with the "swabbing," sufficed. ( no scraping off residue) I am disappointed and felt that I could have done better myself and it would have saved me the money

The bathrooms were sloppily cleaned; I had to go in and get rid of the puddles left on the floors. It did not look as if anything on the bathroom floors, such as wastebaskets, was moved in order to clean under them. The beds were made by pulling the comforters up over the pillows. The blankets and sheets underneath were not drawn up and straightened first. This contrasted with the prior job, and they also sprayed an air freshener previously. Downstairs the carpets were vacuumed, but I had to ask them to clean under the sofa. I offered a special tool, but the cleaner said that she could do it with her vacuum. After they left I found that the hand dusting they did was done without moving anything either. There was a ring of dust surrounding each knick knack and picture frame. I was totally disgusted with the whole process. I had even recommended them to my mother-in-law before this second round, and I am deeply embarassed. I can understand if they were annoyed at my getting a price break on their deal twice, but they should have stipulated that it applied only to new customers, if that was their intent.

Very nice ladies followed my list and did everything very well.

They did a good job in the time they were there and were very pleasant and professional.

Things went very good. When they arrived, they begun working and never dtopped until they finished. Overall, job well done and met my expectations.

And I was so impressed with the quality of their work! They were very accommodating, and asked me what I'd like them to focus on. I would not hesitate to hire Housekeeping Solutions again in the future!!

It was very good. We retained them on a monthly basis. They just did a very thorough cleaning job. The price was excellent. They have timing issues sometimes.

It went very well. They were indeed very good with all the work that they had to do here and I was pleased with them. I paid some more because there’s more work to do but it was all right. I think it was well deserved. We had a little bit of an accident in the bathroom so they cleaned up everything. They put some solution and things and cleaned it. I haven’t noticed any problem that I want to complain about. They were very pleasant and very nice. They came on time and I was happy with them. I thought the price was a little steep but our bathroom area was flooded and it took a little time and that’s the reason why it’s worth it. They did a good job to clean it. They were very responsive. They finished on time. I think they were very professional.

The providers were very professional and did what was necessary to finish the work in a very satisfactory manner.

Two women arrived with their own supplies and equipment. We reviewed the areas of concern. They got right to work and worked for the entire time contracted for. They did a very thorough job and were pleasant and professional as they went about their work. I will definitely have them back.

They are thorough and professional. We have very furry cats who shed like crazy, but the cleaners get it all.

My experience was wonderful. The team of three was great to work with and I enjoyed the price. They did run a little late for the appointment but they did call me to inform me. They did a real thorough clean in my home. They moved things around to get that deep clean and worked really hard. I am very satisfied the work they did.

Good cleaning at a great price! Melani is great to work with - very professional and extremely responsive. I have them come every four weeks and the cleaning is consistently good and always at a great price.

These guys were great - 3 ladies showed up and cleaned for a total of 2 hours - so it was $25/h per person. They were on time, friendly and worked hard. With this service you can have them come one time, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. It was very easy to schedule, prices affordable, and great service. | |I had bought a Groupon for cleaning services twice in the past and had bad experiences. First time, services quickly deteriorated to the point I was paying $100/h for one lady who didn't clean - so I fired them and never got the key back to my house. Second service from Groupon was a fly by night company run by a woman living in Alaska with a cleaning company here in Syracuse. They missed appointments and she never answered her phone. Everything went very well. The ladies were thorough and professional and friendly. I was pleased with the job. I will use this outfit again. Owner/manager is pleasant over the phone and PC. I had to write and mail a separate check because ladies charged me the wrong price. No problem.
