Description of Work: Replaced old garage door and installed a new "lift master" auto, garage door opener. Every thing was done in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. Installer provide an excellent tutorial and showed me how all operates, he was excellent., a true professional!

Description of Work: I went there on 2 different occasions while shopping for a new garage door. I dealt with Kathy - she was very helpful and very kind. She didn't try to push the more expensive doors, she lent me samples to bring home for color comparison. Their quote was very competitive. I would have used them but my contractor found a better deal.

Description of Work: Both of our garage doors were off track and the gentleman came, repaired what needed to be repaired in a timely manner and even did so while waiting for me to come home. He arrived when he said he would and I was 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: Attempted to contact the company via phone and e-mail. Never heard back from them. Contacted your help desk, they also attempted to contact the co. but I still had no contact from the service provider. If they are not able to perform the service they should at least respond to your attempts at contacting them.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were quick in saying we can't do that. They couldn't replace the rollers for my garage doors without taking apart the whole door. They didn't have the supplies.

+ -1 moreI called on Sat. Feb. 24,2007 at 8:45 A.M. after running into the garage door with my car. They sent someone immediately to my home. The repairman was able to get my door working. He stated I would have to order a new door and charged me $130.00 for the repair and new parts, which was very reasonable considering the day and time. They contacted me on Tuesday Feb. 2,2007 and would have the new door Wed. and would install it on Thurs. March 1,2007 at 9:00 A.M. which they did and charged $860.00 which was a fair price, including changing springs and cables on my other door. They could have taken advantage of me when I had the emergency on Sat. I was very pleased with the service and prices. I assume that's why they have been in business a long time.
Description of Work: They repaired and replaced a garage door along with new springs and safety cables.
