EXCELLENT. He arrived at the time he told me that he would. He did what he was hired to do professionally. He put cardboard on the floor and when he was finished cleaned up the area. I definitely would recommend him.

I called Bill and he was at my house within a half an hour on a Friday afternoon. At first wasn't sure what the problem was but wasn't leaving till he figured it out. Fixed it all and even helped clean up everything. Then went to turn on my slim units to help with the smell and noticed they should be cleaned out. Did both my slim units in the basement. Cleaned them out and put an anti mold thing in them. He was wonderful and would always call him for anything!!

I used him in the past and I'll use him in the future.

Bill showed up at 9:15 with the new tank on his truck, covered the floors with tarps and proceded to replace the tank. I have used Bills services in the past and will continue to use him in the future, Excellent workmanship,

Excellent! As soon as Bill got here, he listened to me explain the problem. He was respectable and clearly explained what he thought was the problem and how he would go about troubleshooting it. After a short time, he had the problem solved! It was the outdoor compressor that needed attention. He probably could have easily sold me a whole new unit, but instead fixed the problem and offered me a sweet deal on yearly maintenance. I'll never use anyone else again for HVAC issues.

He wanted $300.00 just to come look at the unit, which he would incorporate into the repair or replacement, so what happened to the free estimate he claims? Then he claims he's too busy if you have a particular brand that you wish to use.

This is the guy you want to hire!! Courteous, informative, professional, neat, and charged a fair price. Replaced my old water heater and 2 expansions tanks, and gave me great advise on my old boiler. Hire him...you won't regret it!!

This man is amazing- he obviously loves his work! I called for an estimate, and he was so informative- even though he was (slightly) over my small budget. He cares about the customer- and even sent me pics to review what the job looks like when complete! I so appreciated his help, after just a brief chat on the phone- he was honest , upfront too. Had I the extra $$ I would definitely have hired him- he also offered his advice if I needed help-thank you so much Bill for all your help. You go over and beyond what is expected of you!

It went great- Bill and his crew worked diligently to accommodate our needs. They were super clean and treated my home with respect. He is the owner/operator who doesn't leave a crew at your house-he's always there doing the work. He was on time every day he was here, his workers were excellent kept the area he was working in great condection every day he was here when he finished for the day it was like he was never here.All that checked the new boiler were amazed how well it came out.Now we signed him up to take care of all of our units threw out our building.I highly recomend Bill to take care of your heating and Cooling needs

I contacted Bill in the morning and he was at my house in the late afternoon. He did a great job replacing the leaking expansion tank. He has been doing this work since he was a kid and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was very knowledgeable about hot water heater as well as my boiler and air conditioner. I am planning to improve the heating of my house and will definitely consider him for the job. He is very professional. He took pride in not leaving a mess behind. Thank you very much!

I had my CO detector activate a few times. Fire department came and confirmed that a low level of CO was detected coming from my boilers chimney exhaust. Shoveled out 40+ pounds of crap out of my chimney base which later I found out that my liner needed replacement. That's where Bill comes in. He checked the boilers CO output, a little high, replaced the liner and adjusted the burn efficiency of the boiler. I have used Bill in the past for my oil to gas conversion and also to replace the gas gun when the original went under water during a basement flooding. His work is thorough and clean. He'll explain what he's doing but I do get the feeling he'd rather work without interruptions and I can't blame him for that......less chance of missing something. All n all, he's efficient, trustworthy, clean, dependable and best of all, he just does the right thing. I think if you ask him to cut corners, he will decline the job. That's a man who takes pride in his work, something you see less and less these days!!

Bill was on time, thorough, and competent in servicing my boiler. He took time to run diagnostic tests and clean the device, and he was very comfortable with the new tech included with these boilers. Additionally, Bill was able to clean and retrofit a clogged filter for re-use, thereby saving me me some money in the process. I am satisfied with his performance and I would recommend him.

Excellent. Bill is very knowledgeable and professional. Bill takes care of your house as if it's his own by covering floors with tarps and cardboard and removing shoes where necessary. Bill leaves his work area spotless and reviews the end result with you. Highly recommend!

i had been hit with two problems at once , my oil burner was leaking oil (a gallon every day) for a week ! I attempted to fix it myself unsuccessfully , on Sunday the hot water heater went . My wife insisted I call an expert . I turned to Angie's List ,Bill Wiener was recommended . Bill was GREAT . He arrived when he promised . Bill was sympathetic and explained the solutions in layman's terms. Bill did the repairs to both units imediately, they were made with parts he had in stock on the truck . The job was very clean. The work is guaranteed . I am completely satisfied.

Bill arrived promptly and fixed both problems. He also showed me how to fix the pilot light issue myself if it happened again. For the radiators he explained what he was doing to balance the heat distribution and fixed the cold spots in the house. Very happy with the result!!

Bill made it a point to make us a priority since we have two toddlers, he did have several other stops he was going to but chose to make us first. Turns out that the company prior to him installed a few things incorrectly and that's why the relays stopped working after changing the relay he noticed that there was some back feeding to the control board he had to disconnect our a/c system till spring when he will come back and fix that problem. Bill will be my go to guy from now on, very professional.

My heat pump system was 30 years old and needed to be replaced. Of course it stopped working on the coldest day right before the holiday weekend. I called Bill Wiener's Heating & A/C company and within the same day he came out to my home and assessed the issue and my needs. He was able to write me a quote within hours. I knew it was a great price and asked him to order the unit. Luckily it was in stock and his company was able to retrieve the outdoor unit and indoor air handler that afternoon. It was installed the next day! They worked very clean and efficiently. I honestly could not be happier with the service I received. Bill is a top professional and I would recommend this company to anyone.

It would be hard to overstate how far above and beyond Bill and Jim went. Not only did they always show up when they said, but they were willing to work around our difficult schedule and tight deadlines. The work they did was exemplary, and they were willing to help out with things both big and small, as well as providing expert advice that improved the final results. We were doing a number of other things on the house at the same time, and they were happy to provide suggestions and help on those projects as well. They were also both extremely good to work with.

Every single project I have had over the past 5 plus years has gone exceptionally well. His responsiveness is incrediable, attention to detail spectacular and is always extremely respectful of my house and family. His most recent jobs included fixing a tankless hot water heater and working with the manufacturer to get the part expediated so we could have hot water as quick as possible. He has also installed a steam boiler as well as converting it to hot water when we did a construction project and fixed all the issues that were left after a general contractor improperly installed our radiant heat. He is an exceptionally Heat and AC professional.
