It was free for two people to come out and give me an estimate. I was not pleased with them. They told me I had beetles on one side. I left the wood on the floor so they could see what I was talking about, but he asked me to clean the area and then he would come back to see what it was. I didn't like the remark he made about cleaning basements. He said it's a difficult thing to do, but he's younger than me. He doesn't know how old I am and I don't know how old he is. I told my husband I would not be calling Selective Exterminating back.

This was the fourth time they've been back to correct the problem. The price included an Angie's List discount. The service was very good. They were timely. They told me what they were going to do. He gave me a price and he told me upfront that it wasn't going to be an easy kill and that they most likely would have to keep coming back. They offered a six month guarantee. They have been back every time I've called. They've used the powder and for a while the bees subsided. He was last here for another dose and said to wait a week and if the bees come back, then they will come back.

Living in a wooded area you could only imagine the animals that we have come across throughout the years. For years racoons have been going through my garbage containers but that was finally taken care of by using heavier lids. I never really had a problem with them until this spring when I found them living under my deck. Having 2 small children I got concerned and decided to take care of the problem once and for all. I gave a call to Select Exterminating because of a recommendation from a friend. Cindy was extremely helpful in explaining to me how the trapping process works. After just one week Uton (technician) caught over 7 racoons, I guess I really didn't no how bad the problem was. It has now been over a month since I first made a call to Select Exterminating and I couldn't be happier with the service.
