ADR Advanced Painting

Arek and his guys at ADR Advanced Painting provide an excellent service at a very reasonable price with no headaches. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. He had his crew thoroughly hand scrape our entire house exterior (no sanding allowed due to lead in old paint.) They collected almost all the chips in plastic. They also wore respirators to protect themselves. They then primed and painted the entire exterior. The paint job looks amazing. So glad we did it. In addition, his crew was very courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and worked around us if we needed access where they were working or to use the driveway. Arek is very friendly, totally accessible and takes care of all the details. In addition, he has an excellent carpenter who can make any repairs to the home before they do the painting. The price was definitely on the mid-end or maybe lower compared with other people doing this in the area. I have also heard from friends who used ADR, and they all really love the end result. You can not go wrong!!

ADR removed all of the algae and mildew that was growing on my vinyl siding and left it looking clean and new. ADR showed up promptly and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. ADR brought all of the equipment needed including a garden hose, so I didn't have to dig out my garden hose.

This is the second time we hired ADR and we continue to be totally impressed by their work. First time was to stain our home, this time to paint the exterior of one of our rental properties. The quality of work is top notch, beautiful work. Arek and his team are extremely professional. Always have finished ahead of schedule and always work neatly. I highly highly recommend them.

I hired Arek to paint my kitchen cabinets. From the start he was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the project and answered all of my questions. And because I have a hard time with choosing colors, his advice helped tremendously. The entire process went smoothly- Arek answered my texts and emails promptly,and he and his workers were always on time. Ok, most people will just review and say it was great. Here are the details for my rating: This was a repair of ceiling sheetrock that was damaged by water. ADR responded quickly, came over to give an estimate, then emailed me the estimate that same night. Work was scheduled, they were on time, completed the repairs and painted the next day. Totally satisficed with their performance. Oh, their pricing was very fair!

ADR did a fantastic job helping to freshen up some tired looking walls and painting where some patchwork was done. They meticulously fixed every nail pop, crack, chip and paint drip (from my own not so hot painting attempt), smoothed the walls and expertly painted them. They even successfully matched the texture on a ceiling where a crack had been repaired. They moved my furniture and took great care to protect it with plastic sheets. Drop cloths protected my wood floors. The owner was on site frequently to assist his crew and to make sure that the work was progressing efficiently and well. He, along with his crew, were always on time, polite, cooperative, responsive and professional. They clearly took pride in their work and were dedicated to insuring that I was happy with every aspect of the job. They succeeded!
