Sanella was punctual and worked quietly and efficiently. I am pleased with her service.

I needed help immediately and she came the same day that we spoke and stayed until she completed the job to perfection

For the work she did she did good work. However, she didn't complete the job, even though I had paid in advance plus a small bonus. When I tried to contact her to come and finish the work, she didn't respond.

She said the first cleaning was a deep cleaning and she had another woman with her. For $25/ HOUR x 3 hours for two people, I felt she took advantage of me. She did not clean under the furniture. I don't think she pulled the furniture away from the walls. Also, my kitchen floor was not clean and I had to scrape away food. Her helper was supposed to clean the fingerprints off my kitchen cabinets and I think she forgot to do one side of my kitchen. My downstairs bathroom fixtures were cleaned, but the floor was not washed. My range hood still had dust on it. I would NOT hire her again and in fact, I am going to cancel my next appointment unless she is will ing to come back and clean for free!!
