Very nasty people and unprofessional. I only ended up with this company because I was sent a million cards via mail asking for my service because the previous owners were using them. The previous owners stated they were a decent company so I took the chance. Spoke with Donna, Fran as well as Rob ( the office manager) explaining I had two appointments within the last 2 weeks. The first appointment was canceled because they told me that someone would reach my home after 10 am and I asked were they sure because I needed to run out to take my children to school. I was told I was the 5th stop and he was sure that no one would be there before 10am. Well I ran out and someone was at my door step at 920. I informed the guy that I was told they would be there after 10 but I’ll be back home in 20 minutes. He told me that it was ok just to give him a call on his cell once I get home . I did exactly that and when I called to let him know that I was home, he told me I had to call the office ( which was weird because he just told me to call his cell when I reached back home). I called the office and they told me he’s unable to come back and they had to reschedule me. Yesterday Nov 8th I received an email and a text stating they will be to my home for an appointment for today Nov 9th. I confirmed via text and email and received a response saying “ thank you. ” This morning I called asking for a time frame for when someone would be at my house because they only give a ONE day notice and I had to work. So my mom had to drive all the way from Brooklyn to sit and wait for them to tell me that I wasn’t on the schedule for today. As I stated, I confirmed twice with them yesterday on November 8th. No apologies, no care in the world from these ppl they only response is let’s move forward. DISGUSTING! When ppl are paying their money for this service. Provided below are pictures of the text thread and email so they can’t lie and say this isn’t true

If anyone on Long Island is looking for a sprinkler company to service their home and comes across this company, they should STAY AWAY! They are thieves who overcharge their customers for work they don't even perform. I can't say this enough... STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these guys.

As soon as I purchased the home they reached out and told me the builder didn't install enough zones and they needed to add more. After a couple of years I was ready to get a quote on upgrading my system and due to scheduling issues with Supergreen I turned to another vendor. When the new vendor came out they explained that it wasn't that I needed more zones, it was the fact that the wrong heads were installed and had parts of my lawn were on the same zone that shouldn't be (flower garden on the same zone as the lawn).

The completely reneged on their agreement and told us to go and find another company because they were too busy to service us.

They set up 4 different appointments to come to my house, each time never showed up and never called. The last time an appointment was attempted my wife spoke with one of the owners, Greg, who personally guaranteed that a technician would be at my house first thing in the morning on Saturday, June 12. Again, as the 3 times previous, no one showed up and no call. I will never use this company again. They are so unprofessional I would not trust them anywhere near my house.

It turned out costing more than they estimated. They were prompt, and they know the business well. The work needs an adjustment and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
