He responded quickly to my initial phone call. We set up appointment for estimate for a couple of days later. He arrived precisely on time and gave me estimate. I am still in process of getting estimates but I was impressed with this company. Even received a thank you note a few days later!

Joe Pitti arrived promptly to give us an estimate for the work. When he told us that we did not have to pay until the work was completed to our satisfaction we were very impressed and gave him the job on the spot without seeking other bids. Other firms require 50% upfront and then keep you hanging for months, but not Pitti Brothers. The work was completed within one day and went off without a hitch. When Mr. Pitti saw that I had trouble using the steps from an accident he went the extra mile to build a large beautiful stoop with a big platform so I can use it easily. We are so very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Pitti Brothers. Highly recommended.

I met with Joe Pitti about a month before they came and did their work. Joe was very polite and a good listener when it came to my wife's idea for a patio. We were looking for masons to destroy the concrete patio under our deck once we removed our deck and replace it with a new one. We also would need stairs to come out of our back door where we used to be able to walk out onto our deck. He was able to pick out the rock and the colors that we needed as we were kind of clueless when it came to stone. He recommended pavers and bricks for the stairs and for the patio to match. He was also the only person of the three who gave us a cheaper price if we paid in cash. It took them a day and a half to complete the work. Dan Pitti showed up on the day of the job early. They were scheduled to be here at 8am and I walked out of my house at 7:40 to take my car out of the garage and there was Dan sitting on his car waiting for me. Right away we discussed the plans had laid them out when we signed the contract. My wife originally wanted and oval shaped patio. However Dan pointed out that if we did an oval shaped patio we would lose alot of our grass space from our backyard. We went with a rectangular patio with rounded edges. On day one, they completed the steps and outlined out patio. On day two they were back and actually finished the work early. By 1pm they were finished...three hours earlY! Both my wife and I were thrilled with the job they did!

The guys were wonderful they arrived at 8 on the dot, they did an amazing job, it was so good my neighbor came across and asked for an estimate for his house, what made me ecstatic was the artistic way they fixed my patio and walkway pavers, they used a combination of old and new bricks to create this really jazzy pattern, and as for the border in my backyard it was fantastic, it just changed the whole feel of my yard, or let me put it this way, it looked so good I felt inspired enough to go to Home Depot and get a car load of plants . They also filled in some cracks in my driveway, and at the edge of my house for free and threw in a little edging of bricks by the side in the front, they swept up all the junk and debris at the back when they were done and left the place spick and span. I will definitely use them again

Joe came over, looked at what we wanted to do, showed us some samples, gave us a price. He gave us a start date, which he honored (actually was a day or two early!) and finished promptly. The deck looks great! Survived Sandy & the winter beautifully! Will definitely call him back for more work!

They did excellent work. I would highly recommend them. They were very reasonably priced, they came out when they said they would and they did the work in a timely manner. The workers were all courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I think they are excellent and we have actually recommended them to a few other people. They came very reasonably priced; we did get a number of estimates. We weren't looking to spend a lot because we're not sure we are going to stay in the house. So they worked with us and came up with some very good ideas and really did some nice work, made the front look really nice without us spending a ton of money.

If you consider wasting my time good, then it went great; otherwise not so much.

I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR CRUMBLING CONCRETE ON THE FRONT PORCH. THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. I HIRED THEM FOR THE JOB WITH A TARGET DATE. THE BAD WEATHER DELAYED START OF THE JOB, BUT AFTER A CALL OR TWO, THEY CAME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIRS. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED.

They did a good job. They were prompt and gave a written estimate the same day I called. They were very professional during the whole process, too.

Mr. Pitti was very nice and professional from start to finish. The work was done well, and quickly and neatly.

Joe Pitti came on 10/25/2012 exactly at the time when he said he would and inspected area to be replaced. Estimate was fair and within my budget. Explained to him that I needed the sidewalk to pitch away from the house to prevent pooling at the base of the house. On 11/20/2012 a crew of 5 including Dan Pitti came at 8:00am to do the job. They broke the old sidewalk, laid wire mesh, expansion joints and even made a brick step at no charge. They took a break only after they finished prepping and cleaning the area. When the concrete truck came, they got back to work and was done by 4:00pm. They were kind, courteous and most of the time joking, laughing and just having a good time. They claimed they've been doing this a long time and enjoy doing it. Joe Pitti even came by to see how everything was flowing. Everything was clean and swept up by the time they left. The next day they even came by to remove the tape that guarded the area and the wood that held the concrete in place without me knowing it. All in all it was a great experience!

We were noticing cracks in grout on our patio, and the brick edges were sinking and breaking off. Not a small job, but didn't seem like a completely hopeless situation either. We interviewed several potential vendors. One wanted nearly $3000 to completely remove and re-install patio. Pitti Brothers said that existing grout could be repaired, and gave estimate of $425. They came on the day they promised (with a crew of about 5 workers), fixed the patio in a few hours (plus some of the slate on our back door steps), and charged what they quoted. This was from start to finish a flawless and excellent experience. We'd use this vendor again without question, and would recommend them highly.

Called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Joe Pitti about having some work done. He said he could come by on Monday. Joe showed up on time Monday morning. I discussed what needed to be none with Joe. One thing I wanted was stone slab on the steps because I didn't want them to be slippery when wet. Joe showed me some photo's of there work, and we went around to some neighbors to look at what was available. We settled on a blue stone. Joe said they could do the work in two or three weeks, and I said okay. Joe called in two on a Friday and said they could do the work the next day. On Saturday, Dan Pitti and his crew showed up at 8 AM right on time. The crew went right to work and continued until they were done around 1:30 PM, even though they had to work around a car that was parked in front of my house that I couldn't get moved. The crew cleaned up, sweep and washed down the whole area. I was completly happy with my experiience with Joe and Dan Pitti, and I would use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the new driveway and the service we got. Mr. Pitti came to give me an estimate and he was very professional. He measured the site and gave me prices based on asphalt and concrete. Since the concrete was only a few hundred more than the asphalt, we decided on concrete. (We had been leaning that way anyhow because concrete is easier to maintain.) We agreed to the job and gave him a $60 deposit and signed paperwork. He said the job would be completed within a 3-week window and that they would call us before to set it up. They called on October 7th and said they were available the next day. The crew showed up at around 7:45am and got right to work. They tore up my old driveway using pick axes, then smoothed and leveled the site with a machine, and began pouring concrete around 1:00pm. Everyone on the job site was polite and professional, and Mr. Pitti stayed to supervise the entire time. He offered us a discounted price if we paid cash (standard) and I agreed. Then I realized it was Columbus Day and the banks were closed. I told him we'd have to pay with a check. He said that he'd be happy to wait until the next day, which i thought was really cool of him. The job was finished and roped off by late afternoon. He advised me that we should wait until Thursday to drive on it, and not to use rock salt in the winter. He asked what time I could have the cash and we agreed to meet the next day. He came back the next day for the cash and we completed the transaction. The new driveway looks beautiful. My husband and I are very happy and we think the job was well-done and reasonably priced. We are planning to use them again in the future to redo our walkway and stoop.

Pitti Brothers gave us an estimate and told us we would be notified when the work would be done. Joe Pitti called to let us know they would start 9/21/2012. The crew showed up with Dan Pitti. They got right to work and completed the job on time. The neighbors on both sides of the house came over to admire the job. Both neighbors commented on how clean the crew worked. We are very happy with our new stoop.

The representative from Pitti Brothers Masons knew what he was talking about. I felt his price was fair. He didn't break down the estimate into an itemized list, he just wrote down a price. I don't know if I will use them in the future, because of the price.

This work was done for my mother, a resident of the south shore. Mr. Pitti came when he said he would and did the work as he said he would. My mother had someone else come last year and the work was so terrible that it needed to be redone. The work done by Pitti Brothers Masons looks great and solid. The cost was reasonable, and even though it was a small job, it was done well. He gave her a five year warrenty, and it looks very good.

I called Pitti Brothers and left a message on a machine saying that I needed repair on my slate patio. I waited a week for a return call. That is bad business right there, but I thought I'd let that go and give him a chance. We set up an appointment for the next day between 11-12noon. Guess what? He never showed, never called. He's finished in my book. Not much else to say.

They were nice, polite, on time, and it looks great. They did a really great job and were pleasant to work with. I can't comment on the price because we didn't do a lot of price comparison, but they did a great job.

I requested a price on a new back yard patio and front walkway (with pavers)last year. Joe came over and we went over the scope of the project. I liked the way Joe came to my home with pictures of past jobs and that he provided a quote that day. We actually decided to increase the scope of the project by re-doing my back stoop and widening my concrete driveway with paver border. I had several quotes but decided that I would choose Joe based on his professionalism and Angie's list. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again. Two of my neighbors also did work with Joe and Dan Pitti shortly after my project was completed! Thanks Guys!

Joe came and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the job. They came and performed wonderfully. The patio looks great. We couldn't be happier!

Mr Pitti came out to do the estimate and was very nice. He was the first estimate I'd gotten. What I thought was unique or interesting was the fact that he sent me a card in the mail thanking me for the estimate. I am inclined to go with him for the project.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very very nice and very gentle. They did excellent. I really liked them. I checked with four or five people on price, and they were well in the range. It was the same price all over the place. They have very nice quality of work. I am going to call them back again to finish the sidewalk outside.
