Great job from communication to finished product

What started as a fairly simple gas pipe replacement (tonsils a previously unshielded gas pipe that passed through concrete and, therefore, rusted out causing the leak) turned into a 3-month journey that required not only the gas pipes to be replaced, but also all of the 14-years-old HVAC PVC piping throughout six floors in our Harlem Brownstone. Apparently the DoB changed the rules in 2022 and when they came to inspect the gas pipe work (and all of the gas appliance connections) saw the old white pvc pipes and said they all had to the replaced. Throughout, Paul and his team from Liquid Tech were totally professional, helpful, informative and calm - even when I’m freaking out at the extra work and cost. So 3 months later, we have gas and hot water, heating and dryers working in time for Winter. I would absolutely recommend Liquid Tech Plumbing and have Paul on speed dial in case we have another emergency.

In addition to giving the best price quote for the job of hooking up and testing a new gas stove in my apartment building, he was also the most reassuring one regarding a very inspection-heavy process. He stayed in touch with me through the entire process. If I ever need a plumber again he's going to be my first call.

Had to bring some gas piping to code. When 2 other plumbers told me they couldnâ t do it or said that they had to open up the walls, Paul came up with a plan and executed it well! Paul was fantastic! My gas line was red-taped by ConEd after they detected a slow leak somewhere in the building. He helped prepare me for and guide me through the entire Byzantine, if not Kafkaesque, process of getting my gas pipes replaced and gas switched back on by the city and ConEd, respectively. Extremely honest, knowledgeable, well-connected, tried to save me money every step of the way and responded quickly to any queries. His crew was great as well!

He retro fitted my boiler, spilt it into 2 zones. Upstairs and downstairs. You did not have a category for this type of heating work.
