What a relief to find a great plumber! Home Advisor suggested a master plumber to do a job in my townhouse. The owner, Paul, was prompt in returning my initial call and in each of our meetings. At the first meeting, we reviewed the situation, suggested a solution and gave me an estimate. He subsequently followed through on what he said he was going to do, did the job quickly and cleaned up. All at what I thought was fair price. He charged me exactly what he quoted â no upcharges or bait and switch as is so common with many service providers. In addition, he identified another potential problem, told me to keep an eye on it, and call him if it became problematic. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I would recommend him without reservation.
