Paul is incredibly honest, fair, reliable, efficient, a clear communicator and was patient with my questions. After hearing about my issue, he immediately emailed me an estimate for the job. Then, after visiting my apartment he discovered the job was much smaller than my description had sounded, and reimbursed me part of the initial deposit I'd given him. He easily could have gotten away with charging the full price. Oh, and of course he fixed what needed to be fixed. I would definitely hire him again.

Working with Liquid Tech was a good experience. It was hard to find someone to take on my small gas project buy they took it on. I had to follow up a few times but the communication was pretty good and they were quick and enjoyable to be around on site. Paul took at a couple other things I had questions about. Projects: Repair & replace gas lines & bring up to code. Replacing bathroom fixtures. Install gas water heater and repair gas unit heater. I've hired subcontractors for the past 35 yrs and most of them I've had some kind of issues with. We hired Paul for a large project that involved - among other things - replacing pipe that was in such bad shape that Con Edison shut off the gas to the house. The project also required us working with an architect and an expediter, and through it all Paul was the glue that held things together and the voice of reason. He Is extremely knowledgeable, Straightforward and honest. He is also very passionate about his work and has a great sense of humor to boot. He had to find a way to run a new pipe all the way from the basement to the roof of an old brownstone and he did it quickly, expertly and Impeccably. Not only that, but When Con Edison was dragging his heels to get the heat turned back on, he called in favors and they showed up immediately! I would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing or heating job.
