Sales person - very good and very personable. He spend a good amount of time with me explaining the product and how they work and brought along samples which was helpful as well. Measuring person - Very good. He was pleasant, made sure to confirm the colors with me and made a very helpful suggestion about the color. Installers - Very good. They were nice, did a great job with the installation and clean up. They put everything back where it belonged and worked very quickly. They came around 10 and were done by around 2. They showed me how to open and close the windows. One disappointment - I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the company owners or managers did not come after installation to make sure everything was done properly. If something wasn't done right (which I don't think was the case), I wouldn't know until something leaked or went wrong. Even a call to see how everything went would have been nice. I was surprised I got nothing. I consider this a large purchase and this is my expectation with these kinds of home improvement purchases.

I was pleased with them. What stood out was his thoroughness. He was very approachable. He gave me a lot of models. He was good.

from start to finish.... tri state was very professional. I called, made an appointment for an estimate, the salesman was great. Placed my order - scheduled measuring and within one week after the windows were measured - I received a phone call to set up installation which I did immediately. Two installers arrived as expected, one his name was Hope and I don't remember the other gentlemen's name (sorry). Both installers were great, they knew their installation routine, were very clean, organized and professional. the windows came out great. TAll of the staff that I spoke with were very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased to work with Tri-state and have already recommended them to my friend Joe. Tri-State Window couldn't have been better during the process. From initial sales contact, visit to show room, and installation they made sure we knew exactly what their windows like and how they would work in our home. The crew that came to install was very quality oriented and ensured everything was done perfectly. They had some challenges with our basement windows as the construction is very old but they met them flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with the look and more importantly feel of our new windows.

Pricing was excellent. They had the best price when compared to other service providers.

They're wonderful! I worked with them for over a period of a year and a half. When they started the job, it only took them a couple of days to do the work. They're efficient, smart, and professional people. They used very good quality materials. When I had a leak, they came back and fixed that perfectly.

Took about week to complete the job. Any questions were answered on the spot. No real problems . They brought in dumpster for clean up . Workmanship was good !

Was not home at the time, and one of the windows was ordered incorrectly by me. I requested it to be changed at the last minute, and sure enough they did it. I love this company, can go and view your future purchase at their warehouse, and instllation was done in less then 2 hours. Had several prices by other companies, and they were the best by far, price as well as service and quality. Looking to do siding in the near future, and I hope to have the same experience!

From top to bottom these guys are outstanding! Couldn't be happier! From Ken Scharf in Sales, to John, Foros, and Chris, who did the siding work, George who installed (windows), to Andreas at the main office. Superb effort, totally professional, respectful, and did a phenomenal job cleaning up after the work was done each day. Foros and Chris were incredibly helpful and pleasant whenever there was an issue that need addressing! This was not an easy house to do siding on! There were a few obstacles for these guys and they handled it with ease! Quality of the windows is 2nd to none and the siding job is so good that people think we built a new house! Just amazing! After a shaky experience with a company I hired to remodel the bathrooms & kitchen, Tri State came over and totally lifted our spirits! Very Happy! The job was done quickly, with high efficiency, and professionalism. THANK YOU Tri State! Awesome!

The quality of the product, the installation, the initial sales call, all done with the utmost professionalism. My house feels like a different place. I'm calling them back when the wallet gets fatter to do my basement windows and a few doors. Thanks!

The Tri-State team was very courteous and professional, it consisted of 2 gentlemen and they performed a clean job. I will definitely be calling them to install the left over windows. I contacted Tri-State through Angie's List and they responded very quickly. An appointment was scheduled. They called the day before to verify the appointment and we haven't heard from them since. They were a no-show.

The windows look great and the neighbors have favorably commented on them. Ken was our salesperson and it was a pleasure working with him. Chris came to double check the measurements. The windows were ready to install a week later. Dennis and his team did did a great job installing the windows. The installers were very neat and cleaned up after they were done.

The were on time . they did a very professional job. They clean up after and very helpful with showing us how to put up the windows shades. I would used this Tri-State Windows Company again.
