They worked without out stops for coffee or lunch and finished up within in two minutes of the time he had estimated. Things were carefully moved, padded and transported - everything arrived without damages or scratches. The price was very reasonable. These guys did an A-1 job. In seven months - when we move again from the temporary apartment to our new home, these are definitely the guys I am going to hire!
We are in the process of selling our home and we needed to move into an apartment for a while . We anticipated a closing for 06/25 and we needed to find a mover on short notice.We called Chad at the last possible moment and he was able to accommodate our request. .Chad gave me a quote of approx. $675.00 for what we wanted moved. He said they would arrive at our home at 8:00 A.M the morning of the move. He called me that morning to tell me they were running a little late and would be there about 8:15 which to me is not late. Chad was with his crew and they looked everything over and began work right away. I was very impressed with the way they handled our furniture they wrapped all glass on cabinets etc. They worked very smoothly and efficiently. We were moving to a second floor apartment and when they arrived there they again handled everything with the utmost care, abd asked my wife where she wanted everything placed and told her they would move it again if she wanted.. WE also had one very large and heavy piece which Chad informed me at the time of the phone conversation that there would be an extra charge, so there were no surprise expenses. When Chad and crew were finished he gave me a final price of $578.00 which was almost 100 dollars less than the estimated cost of the move.
When my wife and I finally move to the new home we are having done you can rest assured we will be using Moving On Movers

"When I originally went and looked at this move to give an estimate not everything in the house was going and we weren't supposed to pack a thing. The family was going to do all the packing. Furniture was supposed to be sold or given to family and friends but wasn't. What they showed me at the estimate would have only required 1 truck and no packing materials. The morning of the move when we arrived EVERYTHING was going and there was an incredible amount of packing that still needed to be done. This required me to go get boxes and another truck. Packing materials, additional truck and packing are additional services and obviously going to increase an estimate. They couldn't seem to understand this and were rude during the entire process. These extras were all a big surprise to me that morning we arrived to do the move. At the end of the move (7:00pm) they wanted us to look through over 200 boxes and totes for a VCR that we didn't even pack and once again became rude and actually yelled at us. At this point I was done with this move and refused to help anymore. Extra services require more time and time is money. I could have left that morning of the move and left them high and dry but I did what I could to get them out before their closing. A closing which changed repeatedly but I worked with them on those changes. They were unappreciative and ungrateful of all the extra help we provided to accomodate them. You can't please everyone, no matter how hard you try. I truly wish I left that morning."
