This company is "The Real Deal" ! I called Ralph the owner after finding his company on Angies List . I had a last minute flood job come in and needed the dumpster there the next day . They were very busy but he made it happen and to my surprise no price increase because it was delivered to Glen Head ( an exclusive North Shore community). Ralph was beyond accommodating and always took my calls .We ran a little longer than expected on the job and there was no extra daily charge ! What can I say ?? Awesome Company PERIOD !!! Look no further if you need a dumpster service ....

Could not be happier. Price exactly as quoted. Crew showed up on time and were as nice as could be and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. This clean out was done on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, not the easiest place for this to be done. Highly recommend them.

Second time using them and as usual everything went great. They arrived and went straight to work. No complaining, very efficient. they cleaned up any mess that occurred due to some pieces needing to be dismantled. Will absolutely use them again f the need arises.

Dropped off a dumpster even though I called the day before and they were busy. They were a day late in picking it up (the B grade) but still in plenty of time so I could clean for a party. Great Company and would definitely recommend.

We got estimates from 3 junk carting companies, these guys were about 20% of the estimate we got from 1-800 got-junk (20% is not a typo) and slightly less than another company (the name escapes me now) based in Manhattan. Bottom line is both of these companies were WAY cheaper than 1-800-got-junk, we went with these guys because they could haul away our junk more quickly and we were selling our house. They wound up hauling awaymore trash than we had originally asked for for the same price. Their staff was extremely courteous and professional, it could not have gonne any better. HIGHLY recommend them.

Very nice and easy to work with. Next day delivery, following day pick up. Of course you can keep a dumpster for five days if you prefer so. Pleasant experience. No weight limit.

They arrived on time worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job.

Were supposed to arrive at 8:30 am but due to traffic, arrived by 9:30 am. Were supposed to finish by 2:30 pm but didn't leave until 8:30 pm due to the amount of debris that was found to be part of the clean-out. Although they believed they underestimated the cost of the job, they stuck to the proposed amount of the job. They wanted to finish the job another day. When I told them I didn't have another day off from work, they finished the same day. As promised, they cleaned out the space and it was well swept. I would use them again.

They came and hauled away 3 cubic yards of tiling and other scrap that had been buried in our yard . It was super fast, and I'm finally rid of that eyesore! My only comment is that they called just as they were pulling up to tell us that they're coming- we were about to leave so had to rearrange plans a little, but it was well worth it! Will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time and ready to work. They were quick, clean professional and help me get rid of a large wood shed in less then 3 hours start to finish. Nothing left behind.

They dropped off the dumpster exactly at the time it was asked for and picked it up exactly at the time we had asked them.

I called several companies, and Junk-It immediately stood out because the operator was really on the ball. He'd quickly noted that there was a fire hydrant adjacent to my address, so it was possible to have the truck come pick up the container earlier. Its a 5 day window for the permit, but our street only has alternate parking one day per week. He saved us $50 by not needing to get two permits. Our project required interior demo disposal, so there was no option was charging by volume or weight. This company charges for unlimited weight, while others initially appear cheaper by charging for 5 ton weight limits. 5 tons sounds like a lot, but a few simple calculations showed our plaster, lathe, etc. waste would easily exceed that and result in higher charges by a few hundred dollars. I do not know if this is true for all companies in the NYC area, but this company recycles all eligible materials. I was looking for companies that did this. I think they forgot about scheduling the pick-up on the last day, but it caused me no problems with the permit expiration. He promised that they would cover it. They picked it up very early the following morning. Their service is excellent, the driver was great, I would definitely use them for all future needs.

The dumpster was placed in my driveway as requested. It was placed on a Friday and was to be removed the following Wednesday. However, it was not removed as promised. I called that Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday asking for it to be removed. Each time I was assured it would be removed the following day. It was not removed until Saturday.

This is the second time I've used this company, and again I am very satisfied. The dumpster was available when I needed it, was delivered spot on time, parked as requested in front of the house during the street cleaning period. They took care of the permits. Of all the providers, they allow the greatest variety of rubbish, including garden debris (they only ask if there will be cement or dirt because those are really heavy). The rental period is 5 days, but we were done sooner, and they picked it up sooner as well. No hassle and no problems. Recommend!

Came in and emptied 2 trucks full of junk. Very pleasant and polite. They even cleaned up after themselves. Would use again for sure.

It's an easy company to deal with. They were able to provide us with the requested size dumpster right away. They dropped it off on the appointed day, although they were just a little late (but they called us and kept us informed). We finished our work early, and they were able to come earlier than we agreed to pick it up. The service was done in Queens, and the dumpster had to stay on the street, but they are familiar with all the permits and alternative-side parking rules, so they will try to come when the street is empty. They were also the only company that would take all of the kinds of rubbish that we had - which was both household garbage and backyard debris (not all other companies agreed to accept tree branches and lawn debris). The price was a bit higher than with other services, but the experience was really smooth and hassle-free. Totally recommend!

Able to fit me in same day. On time, great crew. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Use them twice within two weeks and they were great, punctual, cleaned up after themselves. Even came out of his way into Queens. Ralph was a true pleasure to work with.

They arrived promptly. Treadmill was in garage so easy. Piano was on ground level but in den. They were careful to carry piano over laminate floor so not to cause damage. Helped move large item off it. Used drop cloths. There were no extra charges. They were pleasant.

On Monday, we rented a 20 yard dumpster. It was dropped off at around 430pm. We filled what we could throughout the week, but I am 7 months pregnant and my husband was moving us out of the old place, so we couldn't get everything in during the week. The guy told me 5 days, pick up on the 6th. Apparently, Monday counted as a full day, which makes me angry, but I still figured, okay the 6th day is Saturday, we will have everything ready to go, my husband had his friend coming over to help load it up. Well imagine my surprise when I get up at 8 Saturday morning and the dumpster is gone. There was stuff on the side of the dumpster that still had to go in, I didn't expect them to put it in there, but it was pretty obvious we weren't done. The dumpster was just about halfway full. I called to say something, the guy said take a picture of what is left and I'll see if I can get someone over there, they never got back to me. I called today, we need a dumpster, and since I already wasted 550 on a 20yd with them that was half full, I thought maybe they'd be a little fair. He said I should've called and said I needed it an extra day, had I known they were picking up at the crack of dawn, I would have. Considering I only got it at 430pm, I didn't think that was a possibility. Then he said he would work with me on pricing for a 10yd, a big savings of $50. I am so upset. My yard looks gross because I have stuff to throw out but nowhere to put it and now I have to call another company and pay more money to get another dumpster.

I called 1-866-We Junk It to clean out and demolish my old brick garage. I spoke to Ralph and he came out and explained to me what needed to be done and the price, which was very reasonable. He told me what day and time he could come out to do the job. I accepted his offer. They were prompt and very professional. They had the garage cleaned out and demolished in very little time. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. I was very pleased with the job they did. I would definitely use them again.

We also had to have them come later that day than originally scheduled and they were very cooperative. We also learned that we could not have a dumpster in the back of the home because of low hanging wires. However, their truck worked out fine.

They were completely honest with me about the size of the container versus how much they can actually put in and how much space some of the branches would take up. I thought it would be probably cost effective to rent a dumpster. They quoted me about $485 which was for the smaller branches that weren’t really an issue.

I am sure I will be using these guys again
