Copake Electric failed to complete the work for which they were originally contracted. The initial work was unnecessarily drawn out, and required repeated phone calls (in which the principal, Joe LaPorta, was argumentative and unprofessional) in order to finish the job. Additionally, and bizarrely, LaPorta was unresponsive and disrepective to me, the paying client, until I enlisted my male friends and my brother to contact him. The original electrical box was never labeled; power to six outlets was never re-connected after the service was upgraded; a full eight months transpired during which numerous phone calls made by me and my brother to complete the work, with LaPorta making statements when he would return, without any positive result or remedy to the problem.
Description of Work: Copake Electric was first contracted in 2008 to update my home's electrical service as well as wire new "zones" for my heating system. When problems with the original wiring were identified in November 2013 during a room remodel, Copake Electric was contacted again.
