Very professional - hard working and easy to deal with. Went out of their way to make a few adjustments to the original plan. Lilo was great - he did most of the work and we are very satisfield. Job was completed in 4 days instead of the projected 5 days.

Office staff not that great but everyone else (salesperson, head contractor, contractor) were great. Very neat. They worked hard (10-11 hours a day).

The work was completed within the promised time frame and everyone was very pofessional. Emilio, the foreman, was extremely pleasant and answered my phone calls right away when a pipe sprung a leak and had to be replaced. They did a nice job, only a few touch ups are needed where the walls were scratched and paint peeled off upstairs. I'm sure they will return after New Year's to do that touch up.

Everyone I came in contact with was hard working and when I saw I might need some slight modifications as the work progressed, they were very cooperative. The bathroom turned out beautiful! There are always some minor glitches, and you have to adjust expectations to suite the situation. I feel the price was slightly higher than I anticipated, but I'm happy with outcome and believe they will honor their warranty. In the meantime, I am enjoying my beautiful new bathroom.

The workers stayed focus on their work all day. I was very pleased with their approach to the work .The was no ongoing over site of the project which surprised me. After the first rain storm we had a roof leak. The water was like a waterfall through the ceiling. I lived in my house for 14 years and never had a leak with the roof. I had a project rep that helped me navigate the business to get help. It took three attempts to fix my roof leak, which seems to have stemmed from the work around a skylight. The leak was tarred , I am hoping it will be ok. Allure is working to help me with my repair.

Professionalism all the way. They have a great product, with a first class easy to understand presentation. Their product and installation was also 20% less than comparable product from large national chain. Installation went well. Their scheduling people leave a little to be deired, but that's the only minor negative

Our basement turned out better than we expected! The Owens Corning system was perfect for our basement situation. It turned a dark, dingy cave into a bright, clean, fun place for our kids to play! The workers were prompt, courteous and clean. They worked hard to get our job done in a timely manner and worked hard to accommodate our requests. I'd definitely recommend allure.

Excellent work product. Great professional service. Five day gut remodeling completed in four days. We plan to use them again.

Bravo.....Beatiful work

Downstairs Bathroom: 1) The downstairs toilet starting leaking. This while we had company had come by...very embarassing. 2) The bathtub faucet is leaking. 3) The hot and cold water fixtures on the Vanity are badly misaligned. 4) The towel rack is misaligned. 5) The medicine cabinet is misaligned. 6) The calking around the toilet was not completely finished. Upstairs bathroom: 1) Pipe leading from toilet into wall missing cover. So we simply have a pipe going into a hole in the wall. We now have water leaking issues from the upstairs bathroom Alure installed into the downstairs bathroom Alure installed.

They completed my roof in about 6 1/2 hrs removing three layers and placing new shingles. Very efficient, courteous, and reliable. They provided dumpster and removed all shingles and gave us excess shingles if needed for future endeavors.

They passed the TASTE test. Truth, accountability, support, trust and positive energy to the project.

It was wonderful ..an we had a small problem when the job was done and they came immediately and rectified...loved them and the finished product

They came and gave me an estimate on the spot. Once I had considered others I chose them. We set up a date the next week to start. They were on time, efficient, professional. They finished the basement in 3 1/2 days. I would use them again.
